Introducing Cloud Fortified - meet the first Cloud Fortified apps

The Cloud Fortified program is a brand new program to help you easily identify cloud apps with advanced security, reliability, and support. In order to get their Cloud Fortified badges on the marketplace, the apps in this roundup had to go above and beyond to show their commitment to meeting the needs of all Atlassian customers, including enterprise organizations. Apps in the Cloud Fortified program need to:

1. Meet Atlassian’s cloud security requirements and show their own investments in cloud security by participating in the Marketplace Bug Bounty program and the Security Self Assessment program (partners submit self-assessments annually that Atlassian reviews and approves).

2. Undergo additional checks for service reliability and performance at scale and proactively check to ensure compatibility with upcoming host product changes.

3. Integrate their incident and review processes with Atlassian’s for faster recovery and continuous improvement.

4. Show they can meet a 24 hour response time, 5 days a week support SLA for all critical customer and Atlassian tickets.
