Hello,
I have a requirement where i need to automate incidents from ManageEngine should be created in Jira. I have enabled the integration as per

However this establishes the integration. And i have created the alert additionally. So now when incident is created in ManageEngine an alert is triggered in Jira but the description and other paramaters are empty and also i wanted an incident to be created with information from the manageengine incident.
Please help on this.
