From my understanding, the issues I created in the List tab will be copied over into the BigPicture tab to create a Gantt chart. If I delete the issues from the List tab, it leaves a residue of where the task used to be, which in turn affects the BigPicture tab where the Gantt chart is displayed (blanks are shown).
Is it possible to delete/modify the BigPicture Gantt Chart based on the new edited List?
So, in your case, just to understand, you have a BigPicture box with some scope in it. Are the issues from one project or a JQL search?
It should be possible, if the gannt has gone wrong, just to delete the BigPicture box and create another one with the same scope. That would be my suggestion.
