Hi,

Thanks for asking @Sammar Abbas

If it is a DC version, you can follow the steps of @Layssa Souza

However, if it is a cloud version - you need to contact Move Work Forward support and ask for approval to extend the trial, afterwards, contact Atlassian support with a picture of the approval.

For the cloud it is cumbersome at the moment.

All the best,
Leo

You're right, I wrote an answer based on the type of environment and tags selected, I even added the licensing question for JIRA Server! :D

Hi, @Sammar Abbas

Have you already gone through the plugin purchase stage?
One of the ways we can use to search for licenses for plug-ins already purchased is through "My Atlassian".

If these scenarios are not working, I would test some paths:

1) Cache cleaning
2) Switching browsers
3) Validate that network connectivity is “ok” and that there is no firewall blocking the connection to the marketplace

They seem like simple steps, but they are steps that I usually take when I experience this type of problem. In the end, if none of this works, I advise you to contact Atlassian - Marketplace support to evaluate the instance.

I hope I can help you in some way!

Best Regards.

I noticed now that you added the "Server" tag, is your instance in the "Server" version?

Unfortunately, if you are using this instance, you will not be able to purchase the plugin

Below is a timeline regarding the Server:

On February 2, 2021 – Atlassian ended sales of new Atlassian Server products and stopped development of new features

On May 1, 2021 – Atlassian ended submission for new Server applications in the Marketplace
On February 15, 2022 – Level upgrades and downgrades ended for Server products or applications.
On February 15, 2023 – There was a price increase for Server license renewals
And on February 15, 2023 – You can no longer purchase new applications for your Server licenses

After the end of support date on February 15, 2024, Atlassian and Marketplace partners will no longer provide technical support for any issues, security updates, or bug fixes for all vulnerabilities.

Best regards.

Hello @Layssa Souza

We are using Jira Commercial Data Center - v9.12.8.

I followed your advised steps but still the same. Microsoft Teams Jira Connector's trial license key is not available.

Please see below screenshot, this is what I see.

@Sammar Abbas

Okay, I don't know if I'm right, but it looks like a bug on the website

I suggest contacting Atlassian!
