I was wondering if there was a way that when a ticket was submitted under a certain request type that Smart Checklist could automatically convert a list of names/apps within the ticket to a Smart Checklist list?
For example if someone submitted a ticket with 20 user names with line breaks between each would it be possible to automatically make that into a list within Smart Checklist for just that ticket?
