what would cause Bitbucket to respond with a 504 error when cloning a submodule?

Cloning into 'src/Shared/ThirdParty/JpegLib'...

fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

error: RPC failed; result=22, HTTP code = 504

Clone of 'https://bitbucket.org/WatchfireSigns/imagejpeglib.git' into submodule path 'src/Shared/ThirdParty/JpegLib' failed

Completed with errors, see above.

Thanks for the response. From what I just read it appears that I need to talk to our IT people. Correct?
