When I try to download the jar jira-reference-upgraded-plugin-7.0.11-sources.jar from https://maven.atlassian.com I am getting the below 404 error message and cached until 2017-03-18T17:04:56. Does it mean, the jar will be available by 18th March 17:04 hours?

404 - Not Found

The path /com/atlassian/jira/jira-reference-upgraded-plugin/7.0.11/jira-reference-upgraded-plugin-7.0.11-sources.jar is cached until 2017-03-18T17:04:56.198Z as not found in repository M2Repository(id=atlassian-closedsource-no-sources)

I am still getting the error 404 error

Path /com/atlassian/jira/jira-reference-upgraded-plugin/7.0.11/jira-reference-upgraded-plugin-7.0.11-sources.jar not found in local nor in remote storage of M2Repository(id=atlassian-closedsource-no-sources)

Can you please let me know how I could get the jira-reference-upgraded-plugin-7.0.11-sources.jar from https://maven.atlassian.com
