User lose signed-in in new Thread

Hello,

my problem is that I start a Runable as a new Thread and use

this.authenticationContext = ComponentAccessor.getJiraAuthenticationContext();
this.user = authenticationContext.getLoggedInUser();

in the Constructor. But when I start the Thread my loggedInUser loses his signedIn Status?

Can anyone explained this to why this happen? My first Idea is something with ThreadLocal, but how can I solve this?
