Is there any way to send a form details to a specific email?

I am having a home page which any user can view. But when an User wishes to download content from the webpage, only sso users are granted access. For rest of the new users, a sign up page is shown requesting the new users their details (name, email,etc).

Is there any way that the collected information be sent to an email ?
