How to check the planned workload per role on Agile Board?

Hi,

we plan to use the Ultimate Role Tracking & Estimation on a JIRA instance containing a few dozen projects.

How can we check the estimations per role during Backlog Gromming and Sprint Planning? AFAICS the "Estimated Workflow Report" and "Estimations Report (By Roles)" are available per project, only, which isn't suitable to check many tickets from different projects.

It would be very nice if the "Estimated Workflow Report" could be executed based on a filter expression. The current configuration screen already implies this - you are asked to select a filter, but the results are based on current project, only.

Hi Michael,

We have based the two reports ("Estimation Accuracy Report (By Roles)" and "Estimations Report (By Roles)") on built in JIRA reports, which generate the report for the current project.

We can, in a near future release, definitely look into maybe adding another option to choose projects in the configuration and have an "All" option, which will let the filter decide the report data.

Hi Michael,

As mentioned earlier, we have added a configuration option to let you select project for sourcing data in the "Estimations Report (By Roles)" reports.

In here, if you select project as none, then the filter will work to its fullest, which means you can have multiple projects appearing in the report.

I hope this helps. The new updated version will be v1.4.84 and v1.8.84.

FTR: In 1.8.92 it's now possible to report the estimations based on a given sprint.

The Adweb folks added a button on top of the spring board. Now simply select the sprint, and you'll see all your estimations.
