How do I customise the layout / style of the approvals table?

Great little plugin, but it's visually quite unappealing. What's the best way to change the way the approvals table is displayed? Would it be possible to add support to allow changes/overrides of the pagetable CSS please?

Why don't you override CSS manually. Either with HTML macro or under Admin menu/Look and feel/Stylesheets.
