I'm very new on confluence development and I would like some tips to implement a confluence plugin that show yo the user a custom form when a atachement is added to an space.

Firstly, I thought in catching attachement event and show a new form, but events aren't interactive... So I have two big doubts

- Is ist possible to change somehow attachment form to add new metadata?

- how could i modify Attachments metadata to add custom metadata? In others words ... Is it possible to modify database schema to add some custom properties (some metadata in this case)?

Thanks very much in advance for any tip.

As for storage, you could use the Entity Properties facility, which is basically a key-value map associated with your attachment.

In case of Confluence, this may be called Content Properties, please check the docs.
