Disabling Http Access - Cant locate the Bitbucket Server administration area

So I would like to disable Http Access to my repository. This is what the documentation here states

Disabling HTTP(S) access

To disable HTTP(S) access:

  1. Go to the Bitbucket Server administration area and click Server settings (under 'Settings').
  2. Under 'HTTP(S) access', uncheck HTTP(S) enabled.
  3. Click Save. 

 

Now my question is where is the Server Setting ?  I looked all around in my Bitbucket setting (by clicking on avatar on the top right corner) and could not find server settings. Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated.
