Artezio Board Cannot drag & drop in Planning Board

I cannot drag & drop in the Artezio Board view. Also, I have admin rights for the project and 'Schedule Issue' rights.  Any ideas why that is?

Thank you for your response.

We are not having any kind of error. I have already admin permission on project and it is not a workflow issue, cause I am not able either to mover between status neither re-ordering on the same status.

JIRA Version: v6.4.4#64019, Plugin Version: 1.3.0.1

1) Do you have any notifications like this: http://clip2net.com/s/3l6FWj1 ?

2) Whether allows workflow to do such transition between the statuses? For example classic default jira workflow:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/download/attachments/415370544/jira_default_workflow.png?version=1&modificationDate=1378690639415&api=v2 doesn't allow to transfer a issue from a "Open" to "Reopened" status.

3) Have you installed the new version of the plugin or JIRA? Please provide versions.
