Dmytro Litvinov March 9, 2017

Hi. I have always have a 404 page error in request REST api.
I look in documentation here: http://tempo.io/doc/timesheets/api/rest/latest/.

Verison of Tempo 1.1.33-AC

GET https://softformance.atlassian.net/rest/tempo-timesheets/3/worklogs/?dateFrom=2017-02-01&dateTo=2017-03-10

GET https://softformance.atlassian.net/rest/tempo-timesheets/3/worklogs/?dateFrom=2017-02-01&dateTo=2017-03-10&projectKey=TPFGT

Hi Dmytro,

this is a copy of the answer I sent you via our Tempo Support:

Currently, Tempo is moving Tempo Timesheets add-on for JIRA Cloud to a new cloud technology and your instance is using it.

The new version is built on the Atlassian Connect framework, this new framework is a scalable platform for add-ons that supports rich integration with JIRA Cloud and will improve the performance and reliability of our product.

Right now, all of our focus is on improving this new version but not all features that are available on the "old" Cloud or on Server are yet available. The API is one of these features that still need to be implemented and we estimate that this will be available some time in May.

Please take also a look at https://support.tempo.io/hc/en-us/articles/228918728-About-the-new-versions-of-Tempo-Timesheets-and-Tempo-Planner-for-Cloud for more information (the table at the bottom of the page shows the available feature and features that we will release soon).

Regards,

Susanne

Hi Susanne, how are you?

Do you know if with the new update to tempo, now tempo worklogs are not created as jira worklogs?

I'm having a problem thatn when I try to pull the worklogs from a Jira issue (using the standard Jira REST API) the new worklogs are not comming in the response, only the old ones.

Thanks

Hi Gabriel,

Currently, the worklogs made in Tempo are not synced back to JIRA, so when exporting the worklogs from an issue with the JIRA REST API, Tempo worklogs will not show.

We are working together with Atlassian to make syncing possible, so all time spent information will be available in JIRA.

Regards,

Susanne

Dear Tempo Developers,

is there any possibility to access Tempo Worklogs via API?

Hi,

There are a number of public Tempo REST APIs for Cloud. They include a REST API to retrieve worklogs from the Tempo database.
Please take a look at https://tempo-io.github.io/tempo-api-docs for more information.

Regards,
Susanne
