There seems to be an error when submitting the Form. I tried with Chrome,Safari & Firefox and still face the same issue below. The form passes all input validations.

@Erica Moss I originally submitted a community leader application back in August 2023 but was informed that I had not yet met all the criteria. I went and worked on the items I was instructed to work on and in February 2024 I tried to submit another community leader application. I received the following error message. 

Once I received that error message after trying to submit the form I reached out to the listed email for community managers. When I did not receive a response I followed up to the same email a week later. Still no response. So I waited till today and tried to resubmit another application only to receive the same error message seen above. So today, I dug my initial response from back in August 2023 and replied to that email which is to @Maya Sutton . I am hoping someone can provide some guidance as to how one is supposed to follow up if they already submitted an application and are trying to resubmit because they have worked on the items they were deficient in previously.
