Welcome to the group, Anna!
Hello and welcome Anna! 👋
Welcome @Anna Crawford !
Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Anna Crawford
I'm new here.I was a Scrum Master. And I‘m CSP-SM. Happy to meet all of you.
Welcome @Diego Chen !
Hi @Diego Chen welcome to the community
Hello Everyone.
I'm Margaret and I am just transitioning into a product manager. Though not new to Atlassian products as I use them as a customer support specialist in creating service desk tickets.
I look forward to kicking off my career soon as a junior PM or an intern as far as it gives me the opportunity to learn more and put whatever I have learnt into practice. Also, I look forward to meeting new people on this platform I can learn from and work with.
Informal Power user here,
I like exploring features and implementing in the daily way of working. :-)
Welcome to the community @Yee-Tee Ho
Hi Everyone
I'm new here but been in Agile over a decade, started my journey as a Developer in Fintech. I was introduced to Agile at Visa and from there on out I never looked back.
I work for Adaptavist as an Enterprise Agile Coach and hope to share my knowledge and pick up some new ideas from this community. My favourite Jira config tip is to setup your Agile team(s) in Atlas, use the team address as an automation rule upon creation of new issues in the team's jira project. each newly created issue will now have the team field automatically populated and when using any add-on for example capacity management in plans becomes a breeze.
I'm a musician and like to play multiple instruments, I mainly play guitar and like to sing in my free time.
Hi @Johann Batt welcome to the community, and thanks for the automation tip
I work as Network engineer. We use Jira to add structure to our work. As I am pretty new to it there are no specifics for me to share here. But I'll absorb anything useful that passes by.
As for the icebreakers :
1. Dutch institute for research and heath, I am part of one of the IT teams.
3. More insights in Jira and Confluence
5. I enjoy long hikes like the Camino Frances, swimming, motorcycling and DIY projects.
Hello,
Looking forward to what I can learn from the group.
Hi @Michael Kerr welcome to the group
I'm Liz Tanner, DASM certified, long-time Learning & Development vet. 4-5 yrs of working partially or fully in an Agile framework. Confession: I'm not a pure Agilist (hybrid/modded nearly always); I am pure Lean though! (re: Hi, my name is Cheapskate 😆👋🏼
Two Icebreakers:
1. L&D Teams usually consist of half tech, half non-tech roles. Unique, hybridized teams tend to have unique, weird, and different solutions--ones that we typically have to sleuth out using our group's metrics, then document the solution(s), and add it to our problem-solving toolkit. I am very confident I have many "best fit" solutions for most L&D use cases.
I am NOT confident I have best fits/solutions for other roles and industries. I am excited to hear other folks' challenges and what methods, approaches, and solutions worked for them.
2. When I had my consoles and a freed-up PC, I played a lot of video games.
Glad to be a part of the Agile group, and look forward to learning from y'all!
Hi @Liz Tanner and welcome to the group! 👋
From my experience with the community so far, I can say that you can stumble upon tons of great content and real-life use cases within community groups. There's a lot to learn from fellow Atlassian users and enthusiasts all over the world.
And there's definitely a lot of gamers here too 😄
Hi @Liz Tanner welcome to the group.
I always view that being agile means that you do what works and delivers value, so not being a pure Agilist is actually being agile!
Like you I work with cross functional teams (marketing / technology) but I don't have many "best fit" solutions for that type of team, instead I have solutions that evolve over time to meet the needs of the team at that point in time so I'm always learning, and the group here helps that 😎
Hello everybody, greetings from Brazil!
I'm an Agilist since 2014 and I've been studying the Kanban Method since 2018 and improving myself every year.
Hey @Fabio_Cabral and welcome!
...maintain big plans ahead 1 or more years without any kind of change...
I sometimes wish I could plan this much in advance 😅
Welcome @Fabio_Cabral there's lots of advice and articles here to help with improving Jira and Confluence skills, as well as more free training on Atlassian University
👋 Hi Everyone!
I'm a consultant specializing in setup of PMOs and hybrid agile transformations for global teams.
Here go my icebreakers:
1. Working at DEISER (Platinum Atlassian Partner), helping enterprises scale agile practices.
2. Want to see Excel/Outlook collaboration evolve into integrated Jira platforms - essential for modern agile teams!
5. I use Projectrack app by DEISER to enhance collaboration and alignment across all teams.
Thrilled to share and learn about hybrid agile approaches with this community!
Hi @Raffaele D’Elia welcome to the community!
Hi everyone! I'm Ara, a QA Tester in Spain. I began with agility a year ago, and I'm willing to learn a lot from you!
Hi @aritxun - nice to see your collaboration in the community
Would you be so kind how you as a QA Tester are experiencing or do agile frameworks? Which one? and how does this include arlassian tools? which tools are you using for test management?
As a former QA engineer myself it‘s a big personal interest but also it could be a good discussion/inspirstion for other community members.

Hello! My name is Jessica and I'm currently the Director of Quality Assurance at Zefr. I'm an advanced certified scrum master, product owner, and developer through the Scrum Alliance.
I've seen clear benefits of using scrum mainly in startups. The biggest impediment to a successful scrum implementation is lack of leadership buy in and scrum masters on every team (even if that scrum master is also a team member).
I enjoy customizing Jira workflows and screens to suit company and team needs in a logical way that allows great metrics to be pulled.
I'd love to be able to help answer any questions for scrum masters at startups. I've implemented agile at many startups and there are some basics that they all need.
Hi @Jessica Romero welcome to the group, it's great to see your interest in agile and Jira
Hi @Jessica Romero - welcome to the community. Nice to see you on bord :)
I feel your pain regarding the biggest impediment of implementing Scrum (or any other helpful organizational change). Gone through way too often.
Thanks for sharing your story. Looking forward seeing you contributing here. Feel free to reach out to the comunity or leaders for any questions.

Welcome aboard the Atlassian Agile Adventure train @Frank Tanneberger
@Frank Tanneberger Welcome aboard! We're excited to have you join the adventure!
Hello! I'm an Agile Coach out of Toronto, long time Atlassian user, first time caller poster. CSM, CSPO.
I hope to learn practical tips from experienced users, and to provide some of my own.
One antiquated way of working I'd like changed is assuming your company is agile when you're just trying to force scrum ceremonies into a top down, Gantt chart corporate view.
Welcome to the community @Craig Wattie there are lots of tips across the community and you can always ask questions as well
