With Jira Advance Roadmap can't configure estimate issues in Story points
Hello Community!!!
This issue has been kicked around before as I've found several similar posts regarding this issue. I have a project that has 3 scrum boards associated with it and all are scrum boards (no kanban boards) as such I would expect that I should be able to configure my plan to accept estimates in 'story points'. Yet when I attempt to configure it, 'story points' is unavailable.
What am I missing?

Are you working with Jira Data Center or Jira Cloud?
Do you have Teams associated with the Plan?
According to these references (community post and KB) this message will occur if you have a Team associated to the Plan where the Planning Style for the Team is set to Kanban (vs. Scrum).
No, I cannot and do not have Teams associated with JIRA.
I'm not aware of any method to entirely disable the Teams feature in Jira Data Center. If you have found a method to do that, please share!
The Teams would be associated with the Plan. The Plan can have Plan-only Teams or Shared Teams associated with it.
From the Plan click on the Teams tab. Check each team to see if any indicate they use Kanban as the Planning Style.
