I followed the steps according to the installation guide to install the Jira portfolio plugin for Jira Cloud. After clicking start free trial I get a pop-up telling me everything is being installed. The portfolio plugin now also shows up in the list of add-ons. However I cannot create a plan because I get a notification saying that I don't have a license. I tried starting the trial several times but without success.
Hi, I have the similar problem - the installation process looks fine, but when it's done - nothing changes - neither error message, no plugin functionality available.
Other apps (including BigPicture) got installed just perfect.
What do you recommend?
Hi @Nataly Mi,
I've taken a look at your account and the same issue is affecting your install as noted above. The credit card information is currently out of date. Once the info is updated, the installation should work again. Let me know if you have trouble after updating the credit card information and we can open a support case for you if needed.
Cheers,
Daniel

Hi Bouke,
I've opened a support ticket on your behalf to help out with this licensing issue. Be on the lookout for an email from Atlassian Support with more information and next-steps on this issue. When we're able to get it cleared up for you, I'll post any relevant information here to help anyone else who might run in to this issue.
Cheers,
Daniel
Update: this situation can occur when a Cloud evaluation has expired or the credit card on file for the account isn't valid anymore. Putting in valid credit card details will clear this up (even though the trial period is free).
