Hierarchy Levels

Edited

Hi

On my board I am using Epics, Stories and Subtasks in each story issue type.

When creating my plan, the Subtasks for each Story does not show.
What am I doing wrong?

Please help!!

I am using Jira Cloud

Several things you can check:

  • The plan might be relying on a Filter which excludes subtasks. Check that under "Settings > Data Source" for the plan.
  • Subtasks may have been excluded from the Source Data for the plan. That's under "Settings > Exclusion Rules".
  • If the above looks ok, confirm that the "Hierarchy" setting when viewing the plan includes "Subtasks".
  • Another possiblility: there are no Subtasks to show.
