If you want to apply a specific sorting shown for all users, you can add the Sort Generator. For that, please click the Automation button, then the '+' button next to it, Sort and select the field you want issues to be sorted by. Additionally, if you double click on the added Sort Generator, you can also select the levels where the sorting will be applied and select the sorting order - ascending or descending.
