Hello Check out this document: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamkb/linking-jira-cloud-with-self-hosted-bamboo-389284242.html It says that Bamboo should be accessible via either port 80 or 443. This is for different bamboo version but it still might be the same problem. Regards

Hello What error do you get? Can you try converting period to integer like this: return new java.sql.Timestamp(DateTime1.getTime() +period.toInteger()); When I try your code with this, it seems to work.

Hello, That jql expression works as startOfMonth("+3") on issue search. Maybe you can try using like this? I'm not sure jql expressions work on value field condition but you can give it a try. Regards.

For example you can check for cloned issues every 10 minute and transition them. You can use built in features of escalation service (jql query,…

Hey Christoph No, it was a service desk (not a user and also not a customer) issue and we solved the issue by writing a script to send mails. Thanks though.

Hello I did some research and understood how the listeners work now so you can ignore my first question. Thanks for the advice. Can I ask, is there an event for link issues? Because as I can see there is not. I found this question:…
-
Hello Thanks for your answer. My question is that, wouldn't the listener open all the issues that are closed and have links? How will I differentiate the ones that are linked after it was closed? I thought about this issue a lot so I can be missing very obvious points here, sorry for that if so :)

hi you can edit your project's permission schemes and add specific groups to browse project permission to achieve that. first you need to create a permission scheme specifically for that project. Selection_008.png than add the specific user roles or groups to that scheme. Selection_009.png

do you know how to edit workflor? check this screenshot: Selection_001.png add a workflow property here.
-
so you want to block work log on a certain status. you can use workflow properties then. try jira.permission.work.denied for property key and empty for property value.
-
hi, if you are using time tracking field on one of your screens that is used by a workflow transition, you can use validator > fields required > original estimate. then you would be able to make it required to work log.

I think it is what you are looking for:…

hi, as far as i know it is not possible to do simple calculation. but here are what I can think of as an option: you can create your table in an excel file, do your calculation, add it to your confluence page and use excel macro to show it on your page. or you can use this free plugin:…

hi, first of all you need to create a group for your customer and add all of them to this group. click on user management: Selection_015.png here create your users, create your group, and add them to your new group from group section. after that you need to create a new permission scheme for your project. you can find the…

hi, every project has their own permission scheme. you can create a group that includes the customer, modify the permissions and make that only project available to the customer group. Selection_009.png you can use JIRA groups or create a group and invite customer to use confluence, too. also you can integrate HipChat…
