hi, have you tried using JIRA suite utilities post function "Copy Value From Other Field Post-Function"? https://jsutil.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JSUTIL/JIRA+Suite+Utilities+Workflow+Post-Functions
-
Hi, I'm not so sure about how to get it done but there is a solution here that may help you: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/35701 Also there is another plugin (Kepler Custom Fields Plugin) that might help you: https://confluence.kepler-rominfo.com/display/KCF/SIL+Script+Custom+Field

how did you create the Time Sum custom field? did you write a script? did you use a plugin?
-
Hello, You can change the formats from System > Look and Feel section > Date Time Formats.
-
Hello, If the issue is still on the same user that set status to Done, you can use the "assign to current user" function of post-functions on the reopen transition of the workflow. If the issue is not on the same user that set status to Done, you can check out this plugin that offers auto-reassignment.…

hi afaik for JIRA cloud it is not possible to do so because you can't install plugins that allow for the creation of such fields. but maybe you can write a custom script with script runner? this may be helpful: http://www.adaptavist.com/w/scripted-fields-in-jira-with-scriptrunner/
-
I can only offer you this link that Boris above proposed: https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/configuring-a-board/configuring-the-issue-detail-view there are not any specific documents regarding this issue. as far as I understand, you can add custom fields that are available to you from JIRA as…
-
yup, i agree with tom, i just reproduced the problem and it seems you can't add misc custom fields to issue detail view. it's best you contact with the vendor.
-
hi what kind of custom field is it? there are categories maybet it is under a different category?
-
hi, we have JIRA 7 and it is still not possible to do it without an extra solution. you can try this plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.redmoon.jira.attachment-permissions/server/overview
-
"The latest versions of Tempo Folio for JIRA 6.4 and higher" https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/JTS/Latest+Releases Maybe your JIRA version is not compatible?
-
hi it will not affect the subtasks assignees. you can test it by applying the bulk changes to a few issues like 2-3. i have done the same thing and it did not affect the subtasks.
-
hi which version of JIRA you are using and have you installed JIRA suite utilities plugin?
-
yes it's not a custom field however it should be visible in the list as you can see here. can you show me the ss? Screen Shot 2016-08-09 at 13.55.16.png
-
hello you can use 'update issue custom field' post function for this. choose due date and write something like %%CURRENT_DATETIME%% in the value field.
-
you need to create a user picker custom field and add it to your view screen of that project.
-
hi, you can do this with "update issue custom field" post function. you can use %%CURRENT_USER%% as the value.
-
happy to help
-
hi, have you been able to reach the permission schemes admin page or are you editing the default permission scheme from the project? did you try pushing gg buttons (to search as admin), write permission scheme and click on the link? or click on cog button on the upper right and click on issues and find out the permission…
-
i'm not sure but since it says "Valid permission types are defined in permission-types.xml" you can try to add it to your permission-types.xml file which is in your ~/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes folder. also this question may be helpful, too: jira permission to unlink issues
-
hi, if you want to disable "removing" issue links then your property should be something like this: jira.permission.link.delete.group.1=some-group. yours restrict linking to a group. also you should add this to your "closed" status.
-
hi, if you refer to this workload report: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/user-workload-report-185729502.html its purpose is to show open issues that are assigned to the user. in your case after check, the issue is assigned to the reporter and is closed if i understand right? so after it is closed even if it is still…
-
hi, sorry i quickly browsed the question and missed some points. can you try clicking on "send email" under mail section? what happens then? what does it say to you? also you still need to configure your notification schemes.
-
hi for JIRA cloud, smtp is configured already, all you need to do is enable it. so it is enabled for your jira. have you configured your notification schemes?
-
hello you can create a different workflow for that issue type and in the workflow you can add a validator to make components field required for the transition you want.
-
is the group added to the notification scheme of the related project? it could be because your notifications are not defined according to the group. notifications could be defined according to roles or other values.
-
hi, you can do it with issue security schemes. check out this link https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-limit-user-to-only-browse-issues-assigned-to-or-reported-by-them-779160753.html
-
in order to make a custom field mandatory you need to make it required in the field configuration scheme of that project. or you can also use the fields required validator of JIRA suite utilites plugin. you use this validator on the transition that you want to make the field required.
-
hi as far as i know it is not possible what you ask. However, you can try a different way to achieve this. I think you will find this comment useful: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-7663 you can create a user picker, give it browse project permission and use it as watchers.
-
hi, are you sure you have the "Move Issues" permission in the permission scheme of the related project?
