Hi Actually it is the only permission you need to configure. If the user does not have browse project permission, and if they are not site admins, they will not see the project on the project list. Can you add some screenshots so that I can understand your need better? Elifcan

Hello, If I understand your question correctly, this is the normal behavior. When you don't set the value of a customfield, it is not visible on the view screen. But if you added it to your edit screen of your project, you can see it and change it on there. Regards, Elifcan

Put a logger in the if !linkedissues part like logger.debug "no linked issues", let's see if it can't find the linked issues. I don't know what else to say without seeing and testing on your env, it worked for me with the same configuration. Try to print logs in between lines. That helps.
