Hello, I don't think what you are asking is possible. But you can always use issue filters instead. Queues are nothing more than filters by themselves, anyways. You can create issue filters such as "all projects & all open", "all projects & assigned to me" etc. You can also subscribe to these filters, too. Regards.

Maybe my.cnf file is case sensitive and it's not working because of this. Document says: transaction-isolation=READ-COMMITTED Maybe you can try that?

Hello, Did you restart mysql service? Regards.

Hello, This is because assignee.getClass() returns the Class of the object. Such as string, int, application user etc. I wrote: You can get class of assignee with assignee.getClass(). It will return a bridged directory user. You should convert this to application user. As I said the error is is that you cannot cast…

It's interesting. Have you tried to restart confluence? Also it's not meaningful that you can't login with a local admin user. There is nothing about that in the logs. All I see is crowd related problems. What is the error? Are you sue that username and password correct? We also encountered this issue and the problem was…

Hi, Well it depends. How big is your bitbucket instance? How long will it take to back up? Since it's your first time and it's a major update, I recommend at least 4 hours in case of any problems afterwards. Regards.

Hi, Roles are groups are different things. In your project, project role administrators has the permission to modify reporter. You can see who are in this role on People tab on the left. Also as I said earlier, reporter field should be on the edit screen of your project. Maybe someone removed it since then? Regards.

Hi, I recommend you use the ID, though, because if someday you decide to change the custom field's name, then your script and any other script that uses that custom field will stop working. That's why I always use custom field ID. Just wanted to remind you that :) Regards.

Hello, For the first exception, which is a memory leak error, check out this question and answer. You probably need to increase memory for Confluence. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Confluence-don-t-start-after-reboot/qaq-p/1040142 For the second exception, which is a thread stuck error, check out…

Hello, What are the logs saying? It's very hard to say what went wrong without checking the logs first. You should check both Confluence ant Crowd logs. If you have a local admin user on Confluence, you can try to login with that first and check Crowd integration. For integration with other tools, you need to check…

Hello, getFieldById, as the name suggests, work with the customfield id. So you need to write something like def hiddenCf = getFieldById("customfield_19000") You can get this id by hovering on "edit" button at the customfield, on customfields page. After that it should work. Regards.

Hello, I'm afraid this is not possible out of the box. One solution I can think of with Script runner is; * Create a user script field, * Make value of this field current user, * Give permission to this user field on your permission scheme. But I must say that I didn't test this and have no idea if it would work. You can…

Hello @Sandra Meessen You don't need id for parent and child. What you use here is the id of customfields. See this part: def cascading = customFieldManager.getCustomFieldObject("customfield_11303") def cascadingLevel1 =…
