You can also do a sync on an issue per issue basis. Check following video showing how Exalate (a synchronization add-on) can sync agile projects - including epics, stories, ranking ... https://youtu.be/U7dzYzwyL30

Is this a case of a 'distributed issue tracking solution' where geographically distributed teams work occasionally together on a number of projects, while most work is done locally, or is it rather a case where all the content of all the instances needs to be available at all locations? If it is the first - you might have…

Hi Christian, Could you provide your grid configuration (or send it to support.tge@idalko.com) We'll be able to help you further Francis

I guess it is related to Since boards now have their own location, the sidebar displays options relating to the project that contains the board. Even if your board contains issues from several projects, the sidebar remains project-centric, giving you quick, navigation to the work related to your project and board. Using…

Then that's easy - all products mentioned here are able to perform that function. If you're interested to have a look at Exalate - we can always organize a demo. Just book a meeting on https://exalate-demo.youcanbook.me Enjoy Francis

Hi Chris, (I'm from Exalate - thanks Nic for mentioning us) Is it the status that you want to exchange or do you consider additional functions - such as ways of resolving ranking conflicts and/or ability to mirror sprints? Br, Francis

Mathias does explain it very well. If you would need comment impersonation, where the comment itself is created by a specific user (instead of a generic proxy user), you might also have a look at Exalate. It includes the capability to create users (if necessary) and much more. Francis

Note - this is for server (not for cloud)

We are using gmail as mail provider, and have connected an account for incoming and outgoing mail When we want to have a look at what has been sent, we access that account.

Check following answer https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-enable-html-in-jira-text-fields-771895067.html The steps to address this problem is * Enable html support in the wiki renderer * Convert the jeditor fields to wiki renderer (in the field configuration scheme) * run a query in the database to convert all…

Hi Rick, Hi, Have a look at our app Exalate. (I'm biased as I'm part of the team creating this add-on) I made a small video how such 'Move' operation would work - here This move operation has been implemented with the 'Automation for JIRA' add-on. Check it out. This is the automation rule which makes it all possible * The…

And have also a look at exalate. (I'm biased as I'm part of the team creating the add-on) I created a small demo which shows the move operation in action, which has been implemented using the Automation add-on for JIRA (highly recommended) http://youtu.be/VUAVRN0WRNI?hd=1 If you would like to have more information - feel…

Jana, I'm Francis from iDalko. There was some miscommunication in the ticket you raised. We assumed that you were looking for a new functionality of exporting table grid data as csv. Something the product currently doesn't support as there are much better database export solutions than we can build. Reviewing the…

Regarding the move - Exalate does support that use case You can 'Exalate' an issue, which copies the issue between one project and another, 'Unexalate' to clear the sync info and delete the original Of course - in the context of a single instance - you can just use the standard move issue functionality Francis

Hi, There are different solutions on the marketplace - check following query https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=issue%20sync We are the team behind Exalate (which is one of these solutions) https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.exalate.jiranode/server/overview It fully covers your use case, and we are…

We developed a spike for exalate. Exalate is an issue synchronisation solution extending beyond the realm of the atlassian environment. The result allows to do the basic synchronisation between the two trackers If you're interested to give it a try, send a mail to support@exalate.com and we can take it from there Francis
-
I disagree :-) One of the reasons that we started with Exalate is because we had the same problem. We are an atlassian solution partner, servicing on premise atlassian stacks all over Belgium. All our customers demanded to work on their JIRA for tracking work, and prioritizing our work over multiple systems was a real…

We do support a connection based model. This is to support the case where a supplier wants to connect to all their customers. In this model, you still need to install the add-on on every instance and then purchase an exalate subscription. Check the details on the subscription pricing Francis
-
One of these other solutions is Exalate which allows for private / public network connections allowing you to synchronise data between the server of your customer - which is behind a firewall and not reachable from the internet - and your JIRA (which should be accessible from the private one. If you would like to get more…

You can use Exalate to synchronise the issues between the two cloud instances. One of the major advantages is that you don't need an intermediate server to implement the synchronisation. Exalate provides full flexibility to synchronise any information including sprint and ranking information. Francis
-
This is one of the use cases supported by the Table grid editor Check also the documentation around the 'product list' use case Let me know if it helps Francis
-
Hi Robert, You can also use the single sided connection based subscription, where only one of both sides pay for a connection. Please reach out, we'll be happy to provide more details Francis
-
(Thanks Shannon) Hi Christian, Please check and provide * When saving the configuration, are there any errors ? * What is the content of the table TFINDOCS ? Can you forward the case to support dot tge at idalko dot com There is a team here ready to support you using the table grid editor. Francis
