If your setup looks like any of these, happy to talk through the specifics of your instances and what mapping would actually look like for you. You can grab time with someone on our team here. If you'd rather just see it running first, you can set it up yourself here.

Hi @Sandro Santos Me again ... Can you elaborate?

Hi @GdP Sorry for the belated answer (a colleague pointed me to the fact that I missed your comment) Hello, I am searching for a synchronisation tool between Azure DevOps and Jira for the Work Items: Epic, Feature, User Story. In Azure DevOps the Work Items I would like to synchronize in Jira are in different ADO Projects.…

Hi @David Berclaz _Apwide_ Sorry for the belated answer (a colleague pointed me to the fact that I missed your comment) > Yes, I definitely see how such an approach can improve collaboration and save time. How do you > manage the mapping of users between the different systems? Because that was one of the main > issues we…

Hi @Aron Gombas _Midori_ Thanks - we are also really excited about this technology. We are moving towards descriptive integrations - ie specify your integration by describing what you would like to have, and AI Assist is a step into that direction. Forget about low-code. Regarding your questions * Is it based on Atlassian…

Thanks all. The fact that we can use the on-call roster in the assignment logic is a huge win. With the 'Balanced Workload' approach, the group of users is static and issues might be assigned to users who are not available. I will have a look at the Smart Assignment app that @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ suggested.

Aha - it was hidden. Thanks for finding out. Super helpful

Hi @Kelvin Teng I'm Francis - part of the Exalate team, an app which provides similar functionalities like Backbone. We get the same question and a workaround can be where you populate a custom field with the information you can use to build a standard JQL. For instance - you could have a custom field 'Remote Key'…

Hi @Andre Krueger - I just bumped into your comment. Check out folllowing snippet which allows you to trigger a sync https://stash.idalko.com/snippets/c695ddfc49b644729f02b2041b329fb3 Important - the synctransaction will only be created if the payload changed since last sync. To make this happen add something like…

Hi @David Berclaz _Apwide_ , We do see the value of this type of integration which is more like a viewport to the remote system in the context of your work environment - which is a totally valid approach. Each approach has its own applicability. We do see a lot of ADO - JC where teams of different organisations need to…

@Syed Majid Hassan -Exalate- you really capture the reason why Exalate choose groovy as foundation for the transformation and mapping capabilities. Not too hard to grasp, rich enough to implement advanced synchronisation cases.

Hi @ejanis I'm Francis - Product Manager for Exalate. There is no need to open any firewall port whenever using a private/public connection. In this connection mode, all tcp connections are built from the Jira DC towards the node residing on the cloud. Additionally - there is a procedure to ensure that all connections from…

Ignore. The return is valid for both cases. In the first case, it is because there is row that has the Support column set to 'Y' and the second is because the row has the 'Feature' set to '5G NSA' Can you use the following selector concat(Feature, '-', Support) = '5G NSA-Y' Note - YMMV given the syntax of the underlying db
-
Can you try "Feature = '5G NSA'" as argument?
-
Can you try the individual components of the queries and see if DARP-29226 is being returned in both queries.
-
Hmm issue in grids(grid_name, "Column1=X") Should return row 1 issue in grids(grid_name, "Column2=Y") Return row 2 And the 'AND' operator should only return the overlapping issues. Can you test the queries as such?
-
(Sorry for the typo) This should give you all the issue that matches both conditions. Is this not the case? Can you try it manually?
-
Did you try issue in grids(grid_name, "Column2=Y") and issue in grids(grid_name, "Column2=Y")
-
Hi @Jon Chandra I would validate this use case deeply. TG is loading all the rows in the memory of the browser - so it can have an impact on the functionality and UX of the user.
