Hey @Peter Alouche This is Max from K15t, the makers of the app Viewport, which Kristian mentioned in his post. 😁 👋🏼 Right now, information is hard to find and does not look like a professional customer centric help documentation portal like what you would expect to see as a gold standard from a large SaaS company like…

Hey @Fredrik Eskeland Max from K15t here. :) Since you have already looked into variant management, I assume that you are already using Scroll Documents to manage your documentation. And you had the right instinct, there's the extension app called “Translations for Scroll Documents” to author and translate your…

Hey @helpdesk CTAI 👋🏼 I encourage you to book a demo with us on our website to discuss your use case with our team in more detail. Thanks, @Kristian Klima, for looping me in!

Again, after seeing your contribution to the Early Access: Live-Edit Pages! Create and edit without the need to Publish! article: Awesome write-up, @Kristian Klima! Thank you for sharing. 🤘🏼

Hey everyone, Max from K15t here. :) First of all, thanks to @Kristian Klima for your research efforts and for sharing it with the community! Our product teams are aware of the changes and new challenges that live-edit pages introduce in Confluence, and we are working on improving the user experience as much as possible.…

Hey @PJ Zaiac Can it be that the vote was closed too early? I don't think it's Friday, March 15th at 5pm PST yet, or I've lost a whole day. 😁

HI @Aimee Quinn It's very likely that tables within cells are not supported by the macro because it might break the report. The page properties feature is a rather classic feature of Confluence and works best with the more basic type of macros. It's a bit of a trial-and-error situation to identify what exactly works and…

Hey Thorsten, As Databases are still in beta and not generally available, you will have the best chance to contact the Atlassian teams working on the product in the community group for Databases. Does it make sense to raise it? I don't know. Just because there is an API does not necessarily mean that it is useful. 😄 From…
-
Aaaah, I'm late to the party. I hope there's some love left to spread. 😄
-
Hey @Thorsten Millhoff welcome to the community! I am a former member of the Orderly Databases team at K15t, which you now know as Databases in Confluence. Kristian has already correctly stated that Databases primarily supports the CSV and HTML formats for data import. Incidentally, copy & paste also works very well in…

Hi @Afroz ARAB I'm Max, and I'm a member of the Scroll Versions/Documents team here at K15t. 👋🏼 Can you explain your situation in more detail? My understanding is that you currently want to export a space from a server instance 'Prod' with Scroll Versions and import it to another data center instance 'UAT'. Did I…

Hey @Darren You might find this article to be a good read! 😄 * Periodic full reindex in Jira Data Center is not required (April 13 2023) Best, Max

Hi Mruthyunjaya.S@lycadigital.com You can achieve this with the use of elements/macros. Simply give it a try, Insert the attachments macro. Best, Max
-
Hi @ofremont, welcome to the community! You can configure the statuses and what category they belong in the 'Issues' settings of your Jira. See the example below: Best, Max

Hey Ollie, he is referring to the customer organizations in JSM. :)

Hi @Kamran Ahmed I think this is not something that is tracked in Jira in any way. Any of your agents could have made the change. :/ Best, Max
-
Hi @Sebastian Krzewiński Additionally, to what Sebastian wrote, you should make yourself familiar using the official Atlassian docs regarding the topic: Move a request to another service project Best, Max

Sorry, @Pasam Venkateshwarrao , but what you are describing is simply wrong. It's great that you want to help in the community, but no one is helped by making general false statements. Therefore, first check the accuracy of your information, at least roughly, and then answer the questions of other users. if you are using…

Hi @민기 , From where are you taking the screenshots? It doesn't look like it's from your browser or did you crop the screenshot? The cog item normally leads you to the Atlassian administration of your organization, which you can access on admin.atlassian.com. The cog icon on the right, which is labeled "Confluence…

You're welcome. :)

Hi @Jacob.Demain, welcome to the community. You need to put your OR statements in one big parenthesis, or the JQL logic does not work as you intend. You need to group them. In a nutshell, the following is currently happening: project = OPS AND component = "System" AND "Is changed raised by Business[Radio Buttons]" = Yes…

Hi @Kostyantyn Oliynyk, welcome to the community! :) The short answer is yes. Please dive into the documentation about workflow schemes to understand how you can map workflows to issue types and then associate these schemes/mappings with projects. Best, Max

Osama, please follow these steps: * Please navigate to your administration using https://admin.atlassian.com/ . * Navigate to the 'Billing' section. * Click on 'Manage' next to your product. * Find yourself on the 'Manage Subscriptions' page that I screenshotted in my first response. * Try to change the product plan.
-
The likely cause is that Atlassian wanted to charge you for your subscription because it was on the standard plan; you did not enter payment details, so they couldn't charge and then Atlassian canceled/deactivated the subscription.
-
What exactly did you try? And why don't you click "Reactivate" if you want to continue to use the product? I'm also wondering how you got to that screen because that's not what I was describing in my post. If you follow the steps I mentioned before, you will end up on a screen like this:
-
I'm glad to hear that we were able to solve the problem so quickly! 😄🤘🏼
-
Hey @Osama Al-Areky You probably never entered payment details for your instances and were asked to do so because not all products were on the free plan. Can that be? Can you navigate to 'Products' -> 'Manage Subscriptions' and manage your product subscription for Jira Product Discovery and Jira Software there? Try…
-
Hi @Eric Pallares, welcome to the community! The likely cause for your situation is that the space has been imported with a permission configuration different from the one you are using in your cloud environment. That's why you have no access to the space and cannot see it. If you are a Confluence product administrator,…

I feel you. We're facing the same issues every now and then, and it also always requires us to at least go back to old requests to add the new account as a request participant so they have access to their old requests. If you only realize after a while that the user account is necessary and not just a portal-only user, you…

Hey @JK Changing the rank value of an issue normally does not trigger anything that is then communicated to the users. I would reach out to the developer of your integration and flag this behavior. Maybe they are not aware, but in my humble opinion, it is a pointless implementation that should at least be able to be…
