Hi @Aarti Mishra, welcome to the community! Do you mind explaining what tool you refer to with "SF" and adding more details on your use case? That will be helpful for anyone in this community to answer your question. :) Best, Max

Hey @Isaac Martin Muñoz Customers are not "users." As you noticed, you can grant users permissions so they have a customer role in a service project, and depending on your configuration, they might consume licenses for the products to which they have been granted access. You won't be able to do anything similar with the…

Hey @Marko Turic I'm Max, a member of the team working on Scroll Documents. I am sorry to hear that Scroll Documents is not giving you the functionality that you are looking for for your use case. At the moment, we are working on several improvements to the comparison tool that might be interesting to you. But I would love…

Please reach out to an administrator of your instance to have a look at the log files. There, they should be able to find more details about the issue. It could be related to this article: When saving updates to a page, Confluence displays: "There was an error processing the request." message Cause While the exact cause is…
-
Hi @eyal harfuf, welcome to the community! Would you be able to share the error message with us and provide more information about what exactly led to the error? Are you making changes to content, using a macro, saving the page? Best, Max
-
Hey @Shubham Ambekar , welcome to the community! First of all, let me compliment you on your decision to maintain your documentation in Confluence! 😄 Before you run off now, make your Confluence instance public and develop your own widget that makes the content in your app available to the user; I would like to propose an…

Not at all, at least for me. I still use public transport and prefer commuting to my co-working space over working from home. 😄 Unless there is a reason to stay home, like watching a friend's dog. Plus, you get your daily dose of chaos and annoying people through the commute. It is beneficial for training your inner calm. 😂

Hey @Rajiv Tiwari What do you need to be retrieved from that account? I think the answer heavily depends on it. There are ways. I, for example, went through a (painful) community profile, status, and points transfer two years ago from one Atlassian ID to another. Best, Max
-
Hey @Lindsey , welcome to the community! :) It's not possible to add comments or attachments to a version/release of a Jira project. This type of information/content normally likes to have a home in an issue of some type. Best, Max

You're welcome, @Lori Milam. :) By the way, I fixed one of the links I provided. Now you're actually ending up on the product website... 😄
-
Atlassian is listing an active incident now. So let's hope they will fix or at least improve the situation soon. :)
-
You're welcome, @Dimce Tumbov. 🙂 Let's hope we're able to work soon again!

Hi @Hanna-Luna Braunewell, and welcome to the community! There is no official incident listed on https://status.atlassian.com/ yet, but we're also facing issues with Jira/JSM internally and have reported them to Atlassian. As usual, if you run into issues with the services, let Atlassian Support know, but I know that it's…

Hey @Lori Milam I was a member of the product team at K15t working on Orderly Database, which was acquired by Atlassian last year and will come to Confluence as Databases. So, I hope I can shed some light on your question about what we were using it for internally, what our customers were doing, and what I use it for…

Hi @Vikrant Yadav The rank field is not meant to be put on a screen. It has no data that is helpful to human beings. It's more serving the concept of ranking in Jira and that globally, so issues maintain a relative relationship with each other throughout Jira. Best, Max

Nice job. It feels like the right thing to do to move forward with this awesome community! 😄🤘🏼

Hey @koyachewaychew91 , welcome to the community. There's no official desktop application, and the one for MacOS was discontinued last year if I remember correctly. There are mobile apps for Android and iOS. Best, Max

Hey @Harold Senzano, welcome to the community! Are you using Jira Cloud, as you indicated? Because then you're basically on the latest version. :) Changes are continuously rolled out to cloud instances and published in the Atlassian Cloud blog. Best, Max

To view other users watching or voting for an issue, you…

Hey @Christina Braun As far as I know, the product has been discontinued by Decadis and is no longer available on the Atlassian Marketplace. Looking at their linked documentation, it is listed as a "deprecated app". I'm really sorry! Best, Max

Hey @Jeffrel Hermias Your situation needs to be addressed by your teams/people configuring and administering Jira. This is not an issue that Atlassian takes care of. At this stage, it is simply a matter of your configuration. Jira is not buggy or broken and, therefore, does not let you create issues. So please try to find…
-
Hey @Jeffrel Hermias, and welcome to the Atlassian community! You ended up in the public Atlassian Community. It's a great place to be, network and learn. 😄 But unfortunately, we cannot troubleshoot or fix this kind of issue within your instance from afar. Can you try to identify a responsible project administrator or…

Hey @INIGO SOLOMON A short round of feedback because it felt to me that you are not fully satisfied with the response by @Ste Wright . Suppose you are looking for an answer from someone who uses or is more familiar with the app. In that case, it is certainly advisable to directly contact Atlassian as the developer. Or,…

Hey @Syed Shafiul Basher This is still very vague. What kind of notification is expected, and what do the user's personal settings look like? And just an easy one: Is a notification sent out to other users but not this one, for example, a mention of multiple users in a comment. Just as a thought, if you have two…
-
Hey @Vikrant Yadav Exactly! I was about to point it out, but you managed yourself. 😄 Best, Max
-
Hi @Syed Shafiul Basher and welcome to the community! I edited your question and removed the personal data as well as the email address. This is a public forum, and I guess you don't want that information just being here forever on the internet. Can you give us more details about the situation with the user, the project…

Hi @Vikrant Yadav Head to the Admin Hub (admin.atlassian.com) and navigate to the Products tab, select your site and then check the storage: I hope that helps. :) Best, Max
