Ah, that answers it. Yesterday, Atlassian services had some problems, which are now solved. :)

Hello @Massimiliano Bini Did you have any question? Best, Arek🤠🧙♂️

Hi @Shehraz Khan Atlassian confirmed an Rovo MCP incident yesterday, and it has since been resolved: https://rovo.status.atlassian.com/incidents/g0cjljrm0zv1 Your screenshot also shows an identity provider error. Can you log in to Atlassian normally outside of Claude? If that works, try reconnecting the connector now that…

Hi @ehask71 Atlassian has now confirmed a Bitbucket outage on October 21, which may explain the error you encountered. The incident was resolved at 18:01 UTC. https://bitbucket.status.atlassian.com/incidents/ldlx0fdgls28 Are you still experiencing the issue? Best, Arek🤠🫂

Hi @Lucas Alponti Atlassian actually documents this exact error: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshoot-trello-mcp-connection-errors/ This happens when the OAuth consent screen can’t load the required permissions. Try restarting authorization in a private window; since reconnecting already failed, don’t…

Hi @Adam One addition to Germán's answer: Atlassian fixed BCLOUD-22265 in March 2026. You can now delete repositories stuck in the CREATING state via the Bitbucket REST API: DELETE /2.0/repositories/{workspace}/{repo_slug} https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-22265 This requires the appropriate permissions. Make sure…

Hi @Karl Okeson One thing worth clarifying: permissions in your company's Jira instance are managed by your company's Jira/Atlassian administrators, usually your internal IT team. Neither we as Community members nor Atlassian Support can simply grant you access or change your company's permissions. Your internal IT…

Hi @Jeff Gibson Also check that your import targets the existing Software Registry object type and not the legacy Services schema with disabled automatic object-type creation. For a single-object test, set Missing objects and Empty values to Ignore to prevent unintended changes.…
-
Hi @Jake Veenstra Josh covered the main points. One thing to be careful about: Atlassian supports migrating users between delegated directories, but the built-in migration tool moves all users, not individual accounts.…
-
Hi @wyadoole One thing to add to Christos' answer: you can submit an account-related support request through: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing Select My account → Update account details, then click Need more help? until the support request form appears. Ask Atlassian to check whether your…
-
Hi @Eric Ling One important detail to add to Christos' answer. Atlassian's 2026 cleanup also affected inactive Free Bitbucket workspaces containing Git repositories. Those remaining deactivated after May 15 were scheduled for permanent deletion. Even if Atlassian reactivates your account, repository recovery isn't…

Hello @OluwasegunOderinde I flagged this post for Atlassian Support's attention. They should respond within 2 business days. Best, Arek 🤠🧙♂️

i already flagged this post. Hope you get support.

Of course, my first team in Amsterdam. Very rewarding, a lot of networking, and lovely people.

Hi @KaMo You can first try reactivating it yourself: https://admin.atlassian.com/billing → Subscriptions → Inactive → Reactivate. If that option isn't available or doesn't work, contact Atlassian Billing Support: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing Select Your Account → Reactivate subscription.…

Hello @Samih For monthly Jira Cloud subscriptions, additional users can normally be added directly through Atlassian Administration. Billing adjusts automatically, without purchasing licenses separately. https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/manage-users-and-user-tiers/ Are you using Cloud or Data…

Hi @Akshad Katke Does your mail admin see any delivery attempts? Ask your Microsoft 365 admin to check Message Trace and the quarantine for emails from @am.atlassian.com https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/email-address-verification-issues/ In case nothing arrives, Atlassian Support should check whether…

Hello @Michelle Kirk I have one potential trap with the last solution: Copying the Internet Type into a Jira field creates a snapshot. If the Assets object changes later, the copied value won't automatically update unless an additional automation handles that change. So its not 100% safe Best, Arek🤠🧙♂️

Hi @Weronika Włodarczyk Atlassian documents this exact error when a runner fails to update its state to ONLINE: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/kb/self-hosted-runner-setup-fails-with-javautilconcurrenttimeoutexception-null/ CloudFront IPs can change, so using a fixed IP like 13.227.180.4 is unreliable.…

Hello @Subhrajit Giri It’s key to look at which groups give product access, not just the Last Seen date. With Entra ID/SCIM, users can hang onto their licenses through different groups. A quarterly check is a smart move: Look for users who haven’t been active for about 60–90 days, chat with their teams, and remove any…

So it's probably a cookie or browser problem. Yeah. :) Have a great day too. Nothing to thank you for.

Hi @Christos Markoulatos -Relational- Atlassian has a similar issue with automation permissions, but instead of hitting a server error (HTTP 500), it shows as a forbidden error (HTTP 403). https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-1022 Regarding "Cloud URL not found", this can also happen when you're not signed in with an…

Hi @Jean Claude Gagné For a Community post, open the three-dot menu (⋯) → Edit, remove the screenshot, then save. If editing isn't available, use ⋯ → Report to moderators and ask the Community team to remove it. You can also contact them directly at communitymanagers@atlassian.com. Best, Arek🤠🧙♂️

Hi @Saad Rafique One thing to check, Bitbucket and your Atlassian account can have separate 2FA configurations, each requiring its own authenticator code. https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/enable-two-step-verification/ Does the error occur during 2FA setup or sign-in? Is the prompt from Bitbucket or your…

Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security and select View and manage recent devices. You can check IP addresses and last login times. Keep in mind this only shows currently logged-in devices, not a complete login history. For further Support, please contact http://support.atlassian.com

From my standpoint, if you have 2FA, you should be okay. Just be careful and watch for anything suspicious.
