Hi @[deleted] Please check out the permission scheme of your project. You must have the "Delete Issue" permission in order to be able to delete an issue (or a task). Please check this knowledgebase for more details about managing the project permissions…

Before deleting the custom field, please run a JQL query against that custom field checking that it does not have any data. If the query does not return any result, it would be safe to delete such fields.

Hi @Syed Farhan Try using something like : "Custom_Field" ~ "SCTASK*". Replace "Custom_Field" with the name of your custom field in JQL

Hi @Mayur Jadhav Thanks for your reply. In our case, one user who doesn't have admin access was able to create a new project in Jira Product Discovery. He is a part of the group "jira-product-discovery-users" but not a part of any admin groups.

Can you try accessing this from a different browser? Also check with one of the admins who dont receive this error how many issues he/she can see in the backlog view. Its possible you do not have access to a specific issue which is raising this error.

@Dana Weinbaum , Sorry I didn't noticed that this question was related to Jira Product Discovery. I don't think Jira Product discovery supports this at present.
