Heya! I believe Atlassian sends out recordings to participants, but they do scheduled other sessions of this specific class over at Atlassian Learning
-
ohh, I like the look of the maps! (I haven't tried that one before)
-
Appreciate you joining! I personally really like the line drawing from Remix….
-
My pleasure! Thanks for sharing :D
-
Most welcome! Thrilled to have you join us! I also noticed that SOME of the Remix options are interactive… try mousing over the metrics (your top example) in Confluence.
-
Appreciate you sharing this example!
-
:D Me too!
-
what did you choose to zombify?
-
Curious what you've done with the magic??
-
I really like Slides… it doesn't replace a powerpoint expert, but I am, at best, a powerpoint newbie… Having something to help me quickly make good-looking slides is amazing.
-
Danke, mein Freund! Ich fühle mich geehrt, einen Teil meines Wissens weitergeben zu können.
-
Thrilled to be able to host this event! Thanks to the Atlassian team for allowing me to offer this. Looking forward to see what people can do with these tools.
-
Love these examples and sharing them! I also like how you picked relevant topics to test with, always good to see live testing :D
-
The speed is great! IT would take me… basically forever to anything remotely similar :D
-
Agreed on the credits… there's no specific guidance from what I can see other than "variable"… source (table from middle of this page)- https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/rovo-usage-limits/
-
Thanks for joining!
-
ohh, would be curious if we can replicate this! Did you happen to select the entire table, or just the header? Asking as blank data suggests something wasn't selected. Good to know its warning was right :D huh, is the embed you tried via Chat or from Remix?
-
You're very welcome! Thrilled you enjoyed it and appreciate you being there!
-
Most of my testing had been done on published pages, so I hadn't noticed that it inserts the image on edit more! Great callout!
-
Heya @Rachel Massey_pbl7yi - sounds frustrating! Curious if you know if you're on Cloud or Data Center? Also do you know if you're using at marketplace apps or add ons?
-
Heya @Robby_uzxw2t Yes, there are guardrails (Rovo will explicitly tell you when it runs into them). More info on trust and safety here : https://www.atlassian.com/platform/ai-trust I also noticed this post is from March of 2026 - curious if you've seen similar behavior since then?

As many folks have pointed out Confluence tables don't perform any functions/math. You can, however, easily embed a google sheet or excel doc though, this would display whatever the underlying file/etc. has. I'm curious to your use case? Having more info about why you're interested in this would help folks figure out…

Nope! Guests are limited to just working within Spaces, they can't be admins of any kind. More here - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/guest-permissions-in-jira/
-
Always appreciate these updates @Jimmy Seddon and appreciate being included! Thanks for keeping your eyes on everything and helping us find useful info.
-
I'll be there! (I'll even be leading some learning sessions :D) Most looking forward to Rovo governance...

Curious if you've looked into other things ways of handling this? E.g. define a group of users that contains everyone who gets access without a pdf and then just skip approval, and do the same for the pdf group but require it? @Christopher Yen has some good ideas on process improvement... You could also consider adding a…

Heya @Super Diego - always helpful to include a screenshot of what you're seeing (please cover up or remove anything sensitive or internal). To @Arkadiusz Wroblewski s point, standard is limited to a single help center, but you should be able to add multiple portals. To clarify - what specifically are you trying to do, and…
-
@Kevin Gérard - very common source of confusion! I put a YouTube video together on this - https://youtu.be/_N7r4caOEfc There is the internal vs external split (e.g. folks who work at your org vs others), but I also think of it as a scale difference.. CSM is built around using AI to route/solve tickets vs JSM being built…
-
@Christopher_Collins - to build on the above Deleted pages will go to the spaces trash. I am unsure of any auto -purge... They just sit there forever until an admin either purges or restores. Purging is permeant! Not even Atlassian can recover it. Deleted spaces, on the other hand, will auto purge after... 60?... Days…

Heya @Ines Sadouk - here's a Loom of what @Kris Klima _K15t_ is describing - you should just be able to CMD/CTRL+F the text and hit enter and it will find it. Would be curious the use case for having a large number of expands and wanting to open them all? To Kris's point, this feature is meant to hide excessive text and…
