Tell me about it... I would very much appreciate if Atlassian would roll out an update to allow the creation of JPD spaces in the company-managed style to allow for standardization of configurations. The scalability aspect is so necessary.

@Jensen Fleming, you were right on. I had configured the Rovo app to point to our Atlassian sandbox instance. I am using our Slack sandbox environment, so I must have had "sandbox" on my mind when I configured it. Once I pointed it to our prod instance, I was able to see the Rovo agent I wanted.

Check your app access settings in your Admin console (Apps -> App access settings). More than likely it's configured to license a new user as a user (which would equate to a creator). Change this to None.

A user in the Global Operations Admin role does not have to be a Jira Admin. If I look at an existing user, that's in the Global Operations Admin role, within the admin console, there's nothing indicating that they are in this role. It's only from the Operations -> Settings -> Role assignment that this can be seen.

Yeah, sorry about that. I didn't realize this was a "connections" field.

Set a Filter on the board. Select the Capability field and select only the values you want included.

I have an automation setup and working that is utilizing the "Worker added to Workday" trigger. One thing that got me was that the automation rule owner had to be the same account which the API token for Workday was generated from.

Yeah, I read through it and wasn't sure if it'd be helpful. The Atlassian team member who responded on that post mentioned that this was a feature request in their backlog, but didn't provide a link to it. Perhaps you could comment on that post and asking for an update on that request?
