@Arkadiusz Wroblewski, thanks. I realize I can't rely solely on the "Last accessed" date for JSM with Opsgenie now migrated into Operations. As there is no other metric, within the user export, to be able to determine if an account is utilized within Operations, I was thinking I would need to go through the API. The issue…

I appreciate all of these ideas. For #1, you can use the "Scheduled" trigger for testing. With the scheduled trigger, you can manually run the rule from the rule. The drawback, compared to what you propose, is that the actions will fire, so it still requires a testing setup. Having a simulated run, like what's available…

I appreciate the additional controls being introduced in JPD — assuming they aren't gated behind Premium — but I'm struggling to understand the rationale for this approach. Rather than building a parallel permission model, why not leverage the existing company-managed/team-managed architecture that already exists across…

Amazing overview @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_. Thanks so much for putting it together!

Sounds about right.

Mantra opened a ticket with Atlassian requesting the addition of a product event when a user account is deactivated. Please vote on this request: ECO-1492.

Actually, I just tested and this option is for saving the overall configurations applied to the view. Not the individual ordering (sorting) of the tickets visible within it. I was not having any issues with resorting tickets on my view. I moved some around and then refreshed and the placement of the tickets remained where…

Do you have the Autosave view configuration option enabled? It's located in the lock icon (View Restrictions) on the top right of the view.

@RC , yes, this is how JPD space access works. Open & Limited access provide default levels of access based on user licensing. Private access is the necessary option if you want to ensure the space is restricted to only the users you specify. Here's a breakdown: Open access: Anyone with a JPD license (User (creator) role)…

@Kris Klima _K15t_, corrected. Thanks for pointing out that mistake.
-
@Atul Setlur, this documentation, which details what is and is not included in backups, it indicates that Jira Product Discovery spaces aren't included, but in your FAQ above, it indicates JPD is included. Which is correct? Additionally, what is the timeframe for inclusion of Automation rules and JSM Operations data?

Vote: Support Whiteboard Import from Lucid Chart

What about creating a "Launched" status that would occur after "Done"? You could also have an automation that archives any Ideas in the "Launched" status after n weeks/months. You could also filter any other views so the "Launched" status is excluded.

If the rule isn't being triggered, then something isn't right with your connection. I use the "Workday API client type" of "API client". Not "API client for integration". When I configured this, there was only the one option. There's nothing else specifically that comes to mind to check other than making sure the ISU you…

@Gemma, I just checked and I see the Surveys feature now. I didn't have to re-enable the feature, it just seems to have appeared. Thanks for taking a look!
-
@Gemma, I enabled the Surveys feature in one of my JSM spaces, but the Surveys menu option isn't appearing. I've refreshed several times, but I'm not seeing it anywhere.

"I wish there were an option to make JPD company-managed and not just team-managed." I so agree with this statement.

It will show as a normal drop down field on the Create screen. On the Edit/View screens however, it shows as a Lock icon in the upper right corner next to the Watchers icon. Within automation, the "Security Level" field can be found within the "Field value changed" trigger and the "Edit work item" action.

With the inclusion of this hierarchical feature, are there plans to have team data (i.e. goals & projects) roll-up to the parent team? If yes, my expectation would be that sub team data would be contained within team identifying sections within their appropriate tabs. Additionally (and not sure if this is the place for…

This helped me tremendously. Thanks @Akash Singh!

A little late to the party, but is there a view for deleted teams? What if you no longer have access to the email? How are you supposed to access the team page of the deleted team when the team no longer appears in the Teams page?

@Ashwini Rattihalli / @Cadence Hsu, is this beta still open for enrollment? I just attempted to sign up, but it's telling me the request no longer exists or I don't have access. I did check my Confluence instance to ensure I didn't unknowingly already have this ability and I do not.

I didn't realize this feature was going to have an additional cost associated with it. Having a backup and restore capability, with the cost of the Atlassian suite, is an expectation for customers. I had figured this feature was being worked on because Atlassian understood this. Making it a cost associated add-on for the…

@Monique vdB, I completed the course and joined this group, but I'm not getting the badge. I did both of these tasks a while ago, but the badge still hasn't been applied.

This learning course is a good way to understand what Confluence does and how to work within it!
