In my compagny we use Jira Product Discovery to evaluate and plan ideas. And Xray to test the features made by our dev and decide if it's ok for deployment or if it returns in developpement

We use of course MS Teams integration. For all meetings reports, decision making and everything that has to be share within teams we use Confluence, really great tool ! The only app we have with Confluence is Draw.Io to create and share diagrams so usefull

JSM has everything we want for ITSM so we use two apps from Pio to fill automaticly our Asset : Microsoft Intune Importer for JSM Assets and Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) Importer for JSM Assets

The GitHub for Atlassian is the most usefull I think

As your workflow seems good maybe it's the field configuration that has wrong configuration.
