Hi @Michael Gaston I would suggest checking the ServiceNow integration's advanced settings in Opsgenie. Check to see if the value being used for the alias field is processing correctly. It sounds like the dynamic value you have set may be parsing the alias to a blank value.

Hi @Greg Carter , We do have an integration with Grafana: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-grafana/ Currently, the integration only sends alerts from Grafana to Opsgenie, though we have a feature request logged for a bi-directional integration.…

Hi @Gus W , I don't see any bugs logged for this or any other reports of this issue yet. Do you know if more than one iPhone user is seeing this issue?

Hi @L, Priyanka - I just posted an article on the subject here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Opsgenie-articles/Comparing-Standard-and-Enterprise-Opsgenie-Plans/ba-p/2385613#M363 Let me know if that answers your questions.
-
@L, Priyanka I will post a community article on the subject by the end of the week and tag you to let you know.

@Vignesh AP It looks like Firebase has cloud functions that allow you to capture alert events and send them to any 3rd party system: https://firebase.google.com/docs/crashlytics/velocity-alerts#basic-alerts-3p You would then setup an API integration in Opsgnie that can receive those events. Alternatively, if you are using…
-
Hi @Vignesh AP , It looks like we don't have a Firebase Crashlytics integration at this time but you can always utilize our API and build your own connection.

I believe that is the only doc we have that directly compares the plans @L, Priyanka

Hi @L, Priyanka , The service subscription is a way for stakeholders to be notified of incidents that have impacted services. The same functionality is available to users on the Standard plan. Having stakeholders that you need to be notified of incidents would be the advantage of the enterprise plan. If you don't plan on…

Thanks, Brian. That is correct, the team has confirmed that the feature should be completed before the end of the month.
-
Hi @sirbondness , Currently, Slack integrations only send notifications for actions directly involving alerts (create, close, acknowledge, delete, etc). You can always log a feature request for an improvement you would like to see here: https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/OPSGENIE/issues/OPSGENIE-869?filter=allopenissues

Hi @Michael , When you add a team as a responder to an alert, the alert will follow the team's routing rules. So, if the routing rule specifies to route to either a schedule that has an on-call user or an escalation that routes to the on-call user on a given schedule, that would achieve the result you are looking for.

I just asked the dev team for an update on this @John Wilhelm (VGXR67) - I'll report what they say here

@Patrick Robinson Changing the start time is a good option, but it will only work if the shift length is divisible by 24, which is why the developer used a 6-hour shift in his solution. With a 5-hour shift, the shift lengths will not stay consistent since 5 does not divide evenly into 24. Regarding the solution of using…

Hi @Roshna , The Standard and Enterprise plans have a feature called Maintenance policies, which allow you to suppress alerts from particular integrations for given time periods. You can read more about it here: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/create-and-manage-maintenance-policies
-
Hi @Patrick Robinson , There is a bit of a limitation with Opsgenie here, in that it builds the rotation out, and then adds time restrictions - so the restrictions don't come into play until after the shift length has been calculated. In other words, the random shift lengths are caused by the gaps where there is no on-call…

Hi @Matthew Knatz , Not sure if you've seen this already, but we do have this doc that compares JSM-Opsgenie vs Standalone Opsgenie: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/main-differences-between-opsgenie-plans-when-bundled-with-jira-service-management-or-as-a-standalone-product-1163763012.html

Hi @Vignesh AP , We do have an integration with Crashlytics that you can read about here: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-crashlytics/

Hi All, I've just published an article on this topic here which should resolve this issue: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Opsgenie-articles/How-to-prevent-Opsgenie-Android-app-from-leaving-DND-on/ba-p/2370338#M360

Hi @Moses Moore , We do have a feature request for something similar to this for Slack, however, currently, there is no way to format the note or change the fields without sending the message to another endpoint first and formatting it with a script. You can try adding the Mattermost markup for formatting directly to your…

Hi @Mastery gamer , We do have an Opsgenie-Statuspage integration that should allow you to achieve that: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-statuspage
-
Hi @Jamie Noquet , Unfortunately, this is a limitation at this time. We do, however, have a feature request open to address this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-475 The only workaround at the moment would be to give each component a unique name.

Hi @Doug Garcia , The list services API does limit to 20 services by default but you can get up to 100 by changing the 'limit' parameter. Here is what that looks like: https://api.opsgenie.com/v1/services?limit=100 You can also see the service ID in the URL bar from the service's page:
-
Hi @Deepu Sasidharan , External services in Opsgenie create incidents, which then create alerts that flow to Statuspage. If your Statuspage integration is assigned to a team, that means that only alerts where that assigned team is a responder will be processed by the integration. You will want to be sure to configure any…

Hi @rglastra , You are correct. The Opsgenie bot can only post to channels, but not chats. To be honest, I'm not sure if that is feasible or not, but if you submit a feature request our development team will review it, regardless. You can add new requests here:…
-
Hi @L, Priyanka , Sometimes an ad blocker can cause the chat to be blocked. If you still can get it to come up, you can also open a support ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
Hi @L, Priyanka , Can you please open a chat in Opsgenie so we can access your account to review the issue?

Hi @Bill Sklar , This worked for me with the following configuration: The reporter will the first and last name of the user in JSM. You will want to use Equals in the filter unless you are planning to use a regex pattern to match for a group of users.
