Hi @Sunny Yee Unfortunately, we don't get too much information on when each individual features will be rolled out. At this time, I don't see it on any short term sprints.
-
Hi @Sunny Yee I just checked STATUS-587 and at the moment the status is still 'future consideration.'
-
Hi @nicolasfortier75 , We don't currently have a way to manually add pre-defined tags, which would indeed help make the Statuspage integration more user-friendly. We do have some related feature requests like the following one: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-2163 In the meantime, really the only way I can think…
-
Hi @Pontus Soderqvist , You would need to edit the x-pack integration to map the dynamic fields you want: As you can see, the dynamic properties on the right only include some of the fields being sent to Opsgenie. That doesn't mean you can't add other dynamic fields, but you would need to visit the debug logs to find the…

Hi @Gaston Odasso , John from Opsgenie support here, happy to assist. We have an import tool but it only imports configurations, not alerts. You would need to write a script to import all alerts from a CSV. Here is the backup tool: https://github.com/opsgenie/opsgenie-configuration-backup
-
@rob prest Also keep in mind that action policies are only applied if the team where the policies is configured is also the owner team of the alert.
-
Thanks for clarifying @Yoav K The free plan is the only plan that limits the number of pages you can have on that plan: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/what-do-i-get-on-a-free-plan/ You can have 2 pages on the free plan and the third page would need to be on any other plan to go live.
-
Hi @Yoav K , Each plan is on a per-page basis, so you would need to pay for each page separately. You can add multiple pages to the same account. After you add your first page you will see an option to add a new page, which will be on it's own subscription. https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage/pricing
-
Hi @Julia Duda , Unfortunately, we don't have a way to create parent maintenances, and as for the conversion to local timezones, we do have a feature request for this logged under STATUS-22. This may be something you could accomplish with custom Javascript (if your plan includes custom HTML/CSS/JS) by getting the user's…

Hi @Narendiran Rengamani , John from Opsgenie support, happy to assist here. Users can add overrides for themselves only, whereas admins can add overrides for other users: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/override-an-on-call-schedule/#Override-a-schedule This is a screenshot from a logged in user:
-
@Aliona Tudan , I just tested this on all plans, including the free plan, and was able to add teams to existing alerts in all cases using the 'add responder' button. There are no other settings in relation to this, that I'm aware of.
-
@Thibault Ajon You cannot stop alert deduplication. You would need to update your alias so that the alerts are not deduplicating. The alias should be unique if you want to receive notifications. You can use dynamic fields along with regex and string processing to generate unique aliases:…
-
@Aliona Tudan You can use the 'add responder' option to add the team.
-
Hi @Aliona Tudan , It isn't possible for non-admin users to see alerts that they are not a party to. If they need access to all alerts, you would need to either add the users to the alerts (or a team (or dummy team) that is a responder on the alert) or you can make them an admin or custom role that has access to view all…
-
Hi @Liam Hennessy , Since SPF and DKIM both pass individually, the issue likely lies in domain alignment. The DKIM is passing with Sendgrid, but the 'from' address is statuspage.io - which is likely causing a DMARC failure due to the misalignment. If you can reach out to DigitalOcean and have them contact Statuspage…
-
Hi @Aliona Tudan , Users in Opsgenie can only see alerts they are added to unless they are admin users or have a custom role that allows them to see all alerts. For admin users, they will see this option:
-
Hi @Nikita Egorov , Are you certain the integration itself is disabled, and not just the notifications? If the integration is disabled you will see this: However, there is a separate option to just disable the notifications: Additionally, have you verified that the API key in your Zabbix instance is the same one from the…
-
Hi @Nikita Egorov , The integration should not work after being disabled. You should see a log entry in the debug logs stating that a payload was discarded due to the integration being disabled. The easiest way to check would be to search the alert's ID or alias in the debug logs - the first log entry with that value…

Thanks @Iulia.Sandu I just replied on the ticket. I should have an update for you soon. We can work out of that ticket going forward.
-
@Iulia.Sandu Can you please open a ticket here and I will check with my team on whether this can be done?
-
@Stefan Draber I believe the way the services work will be largely the same, with the addition of Major incidents. We do have this doc that compares JSM- Opsgenie with Standalone:…
-
Hi @Iulia.Sandu , Sorry about that, I was looking at a public page, there is actually no 'add subscriber' option for audience specific pages. However, with Audience-specific pages you actually can associate a user's email with their phone number for SMS notifications, unlike with public pages, where SMS is a separate…
-
Hi @Iulia.Sandu , SMS subscriptions are completely separate from the email subscriptions, which is why you can't update an email subscription to add an SMS contact to it. Since it is not associated with the user's email subscription, you would use the 'add subscriber' option to add a new SMS subscription.
-
Hi @Iulia.Sandu , Audience specific pages give user access to view pages, but if they also want to be subscribed to updates via a specific method like SMS, the user would need to go to the page itself and click the 'subscribe' button and enter their phone number.
-
Hi @Will McCutchen You could use the same general method shown in the link you posted, but to make it dynamic you could use a regex expression filter instead of a 'contains' or 'equals' filter. As long as your DataDog config uses consistent naming conventions, this method should allow you to dynamically match patterns and…
-
@Stefan Draber I agree, the it would make sense for the opposite relationship to automatically be added for to the other service. However, to be transparent, Standalone Opsgenie standalone likely won't see any significant updates to existing features, particularly with respect to services, as the current focus is on the…
-
Hi @Stefan Draber You should be able to add the 'contains' relationship here: That is correct - the service relationships won't automatically affect related services. We do have some feature requests to change this functionality, though there is no ETA on them.
-
Hi @Stefan Draber , You can actually see the service relationship both ways, as long as services are assigned to team. You can view the relationship from the 'services' page on the team dashboard. Here is an example:
-
Hi @Matt Osborne , John from Opsgenie support here - happy to help. Our development team writes all of the code for the integrations. We do have 2 options for sending data to a 3rd party: Webhooks, which send alert payloads to any endpoint you specify:…

Thanks for confirming and for posting your solution, @Marcos Alano
