Hi @Pallav Chaturvedi , Without making the user a global admin or using custom roles that allow for edit configuration access globally, the only way to give the user access to change Team B's routing rules would be to add the user as a team admin on Team B.

Hi @Milos Ristic , To get the "Create a Slack channel" button so show up on incidents you will first need to connect the 'Slack for incident management' app which you can get to by going to Settings >> Slack (left menu)
-
Hi @Ryan Bullock , Yes, the second rule would still process even if the alert is acknowledged. It would only stop if the alert was closed.
-
Hi @Shyam Kasturi _CW_ , If you go to the "Advanced settings" of the integration you can drag and drop the dynamic fields from the sidebar into any of the other fields. Here is an example of dragging 'message' into the description field, which will populate whatever is sent in the message field of the raw payload into the…

Hi @Shyam Kasturi _CW_ , Stakeholders can only be notified of incidents, but not alerts, so you would need to have services set up that can add new users via the API; however the services API does not allow users to be added via the API so it looks like this option would not work. The other option would be to use a webhook…

Try opening your default browser in incognito mode and log into Opsgenie, then click the "authenticate in Opsgenie" link again (while the incognito window it still the active window). If that doesn't work, please open a ticket with support so we can investigate further. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

It looks like that answer was copied and pasted from the docs and it is the case with most integrations but for webhooks that text doesn't make sense since there is nothing 'received' for a webhook and there are no alerts created. It sounds like the presales team wasn't clear on which integration you were asking about;…

You can map different email addresses between the 2 systems so it should work. I would try deleting the Opsgenie app from Slack and then add it back and attempt connecting again.
-
You would need to log in to Opsgenie directly before clicking the "authenticate in Opsgenie" link, as your session is showing as expired.

If you were speaking with Jira/JSM presales support, they may have been referring to Jira webhooks which are available on all plans (which work with Opsgenie, but are separate from Opsgenie webhooks). We have this doc which highlights the free version of JSM-linked Opsgenie with the paid version of Opsgenie Standalone:…
-
Hi @Mark T , Webhooks are available on Opsgenie Standalone Standard plans. If you are on a JSM Standard plan, the linked Opsgenie account is equivalent to Opsgenie Essentials Standalone, however, Opsgenie is completely free and included with your JSM subscription.
-
@Ruth Are you logged into Opsgenie when you click on the "authenticate in Opsgenie" link?
-
Hi @Ruth , If you run the /genie connect command, it should give you the option to disconnect. Once you do that, you should be able to reconnect with your new user.
-
Hi @[deleted] , Can you please open a support ticket so we can gather some information to investigate this further? https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi @Gianluca Crivelli , When you add a new phone number in Opsgenie it will send a verification code to that number. You will need to plug that code in to verify the phone number before it can be used. If you didn't get the code you can resend it or remove the phone number and try adding it again.

Hi @Jugal_Shroff , You can't delay the alert creation itself, but you can delay the alert's notification until the alert count has reached a certain number through the Team's notification polices. Keep in mind these only work for alerts assigned to the team where the are configured:
-
@Dylan Tisdall On the user's tab on the left menu, do you see any other users? If not, can you try deleting the entire "other actions" rule and re-adding it? If that doesn't work, you can open a chat in Opsgenie or a ticket here so we can take a look at the account.
-
@Dylan Tisdall It looks like the rule from the alert logs is not the same rule from your screenshot. If you look at the rule name in the alert logs, it's "Add Note" but the rule in your profile is named "Acknowledged Alert" Since your profile does not have a rule called "Add Note", my guess is that you have another user…
-
Hi @Mark T , The $19/mo standard plan includes most features outside of stakeholders and some incident-related features which are available on the $29/mo Enterprise plan. All outbound integrations like webhooks are also included in the Standard plan. Also on the Standard plan, nearly every field in an alert is fully…
-
Hi @John Vu , You're right, there is no easy way to do this because Opsgenie can only count constant time periods like days and weeks, but months have a varying number of days and weeks which is why there is no option for a monthly schedule. Right now, Opsgenie is not able to keep 'date-based' rotations but we do have a…
-
Hi @Dylan Tisdall , Can you please post a screenshot of your notification rule for 'Add Note' as well as the activity log of the alert which sent you the unwanted notifications, while redacting any personal information?
-
@Michael.Gaskin can you verify that the issue type for the issue(s) that are not working are 'incident'? The mapping only works for issues with a type of 'incident'
-
@Mikel Stous You're right, it should be "details" as the key instead of "extraProperties" for creating the alert. I was using the integration API. But I was able to process it without the "isExtraPropertiesWithKey: true" flag, just using the default payload here: https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/alert-api#create-alert The…
-
Hi @Michael.Gaskin , I don't think the filter being different would cause an issue. Normally, if you're using the mapped priorities, when it reaches Opsgenie you need a number to extract. For example: P{{impact.extract(/[0-9]/) }} The fact that the alert is showing "Blocker" in the priority field likely means that the…
-
Hi @olin.li , For security reasons API keys are never sent in API responses so unfortunately, you would need to obtain the API keys from the UI.
-
Hi @Mikel Stous , Please post your entire request with the headers so I can help (please remember to redact your API key).
-
Hi @John Wilhelm (VGXR67) , The code should still work. Is the syntax highlighting working? If not, the screen video above shows how to fix that.
-
Hi @Kimberly Ledesma , That depends on who the requestor is. What is the integration that is being used to create an alert in Opsgenie? Is the requestor a user in Opsgenie or a user in another system?
-
Hi @Amratesh , Since Airflow does not have a prebuilt integration with Opsgenie, you will need to build your own connection by first installing the packages here: https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow-providers-opsgenie/stable/index.html#installation Then you can use the Opsgenie SDK to connect to the Opsgenie…
-
Hi @Ankuskum , There is no straightforward way to assign the Opsgenie on-call user for each specific alert, but if your JSM and Opsgenie are on the same Atlassian site you will be able to use Jira Automation that will pull in all of your Opsgenie schedules and teams (shown in the second screenshot below) so that you can…
