Hi @Caleb Bolden The user should get a confirmation email after unsubscribing like the one below: Keep in mind, it will be specific to the page they subscribed to. If the user was subscribed to more than one page, they would need to unsubscribe to each one, individually. If they did't get that email for the page that they…

Hi @Preet Arunbhai Gadhiya , The ability to require certain fields and actions by using prompts in Opsgenie before closing/resolving alerts and incidents isn't available, beyond post mortem reports, that can be tied to incidents. While postmortems can provide a template for adding some of the information regarding the type…

Hi @Ajit Sahoo , You can search the Opsgenie's debug logs for the alert ID or other fields that are coming from Solarwinds to match the Opsgenie alerts to solar winds alerts. Here are some short articles on the debug logs that may be helpful:…
-
Hi @Jugal_Shroff , While we don't have anything out-of-the-box for that, If you are on Enterprise you can access the logs via the API: https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/logs-api

Hi @ondrej.hornicek , At the moment it's not possible to customize the voice notification but we do have a feature request that you can follow here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-714

Hi @Katrina Pambid , John from Statuspage support here - happy to help! The Statuspage Impact Mapping is for mapping alert priority directly from the Statuspage incidents that are created. The Problem Severity - Alert Priority Mapping on the other hand, maps alert priorities for problems that you manually report directly…

Hi @Prakash Gula , Deduplication is designed to address the exact use-case you've outlined. You would need to select a dynamic field used to deduplicate the alerts and insert that into the 'alias' field in the integration's advanced setting. Here is an article on configuring the alias that you may find helpful:…

Hi @Usha - The team members can be different, but the alerts need to be assigned to the same team as the integration. Here the alert's team: Must match the integration's assigned team:
-
Hi @Usha One common reason for alerts not being sent to MS teams is that the integration is assigned to a team but the alert is not. If the integration is a team-based integration (assigned to a team) it will only send alerts where the owner team matches.

Hi David, There isn't an option in the UI to import schedule, though we do have a feature request for that here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-1265 The workaround would be to use the backup utility and just use the import/export script for schedules: https://github.com/opsgenie/opsgenie-configuration-backup

@Usha If you use a time gap in the escalation, it should call users in the same order they are on the escalation. While the actual amount of time in the escalation ( example: "5 minutes after creation") will not be applied since it's a live call, any time gap greater than 0 should force the escalation to go in order.

Hi @Agrawal Shashank , While we do have maintenance policies that can disable integrations, they aren't able to to work on daily schedules, though we have a feature request for that here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-451 The next best thing, other than preventing the alert from being created, would be to…

Hi @Erin Azar , Here is how the component outages map to system statuses: Incident with a component set to "Degraded performance": "status":{"indicator":"minor","description":"Partially Degraded Service"}} Incident with a component set to "Partial outage": "status":{"indicator":"minor","description":"Minor Service…

Hi @Usha You can get the call to follow an escalation by setting that escalation in the 'forward to call' section of the incoming call integration: Then you would need to use the 'next user in rotation...' option on the escalation: Keep in mind there is no option on the escalation to continue to notify users on the…
-
Hi @VIVEK SINGH , John from Opsgenie support here, happy to assist. One common reason maintenance policies may not be applied is that the alert is not assigned to the team where the policies is set up. Maintenance policies are configured on a team level, which means the alert must have an owner team for the team's policies…

Hi @eric John from Statuspage support here. At the moment, there isn't an option to customize the colors of the statuspage emails but we do have a feature request for there logged under STATUS-156 to add customization options to Statuspage emails.

Hi @Erin Azar , John from Statuspage support here - happy to help! The default status embed feature will only show popups of any new incidents or maintenances added to your statuspage, but you can opt to build your own status embed which is fully customizable.

Hi @Pamela Lovett ! John from Opsgenie support, happy to assist! We do already have a feature request in place for Slack notifications for 'schedule start' here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-365 Here is the current workaround: Where available in the Integrations tab of the Channel or DM, Slack allows you…

@inderpal Dodd What you're describing is incident rule auto-matching. If the alerts are aggregating under incidents, but you don't want them to, you may need to adjust your incident rules to be more specific or close your incidents sooner.
-
Hi @Joe Hakim John from Opsgenie support here - I'm happy to assist here. You can create a policy that will check for the assigned team, and only add a specific tag if that team is present. Here is an example of what that would look like: Thanks, -John

Hi @inderpal Dodd, John from Opsgenie support here - I'm happy to assist with this issue. We can't access alerts unless consent if provided, which you would first need to open a ticket or chat to do. If the alert is sending the notifications but you're not getting push notifications on your mobile app, I would recommend…

Hi @Prabhu B , You can use custom Javascript to capture form data and send it to an external endpoint, but there is no way to view that data directly on the Statuspage admin screen.
-
Hi @Joseph Kwan , Happy to assist. When you see: "Rule[New Alert][Create][Immediate Step] -> Skipped notifying. User has seen this alert." That will ONLY prevent notifications from going out to the user who viewed the alert. However, when an alert is acknowledged it will stop all future notifications unless you are using…
-
Hi @Murali Veeraiyan , Are you using the Jira integration in Opsgenie to create alerts? Are the incidents in Jira creating alerts in Opsgenie or Incidents in Opsgenie?
-
Hi @kmar.benabdallah , You can achieve this using two routing rules; one with time interval restrictions and one without. Here is an example: If an opsgenie alert is with P1 priority, alert the rotation without additional time constraints: If an opsgenie alert is with P2 priority, alert the rotation only between 9 am and 6…
