Hi @Ian Gillis , I'm not sure if it's possible or not, but it should theoretically work as long as the payload reaching Opsgenie meets the payload requirements Opsgenie is expecting from Datadog, which can be seen here:…

Hi @Phoebe Black , At the moment, there is no way to filter for incidents related to a particular component. Leaving the 'incidents' checkbox checked will send updates for all incidents, regardless of component. As you mentioned, the 'components' checkbox is only for sending updates made directly to the component. As of…

That is correct.

Hi @Nicki , The "recipients :" key means that the user is directly named as a responder. So searching for "recipients: me@mycomany.com" would only return alerts where the me@mycomany.com user is directly listed as a responder on the alert's 'Responders' field.

Hi @Gloria Nwachukwu , That page and others like it are using the custom CSS/HTML/JS options to customize the icons: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/css-and-javascript-snippets-for-customizations/ https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/use-custom-html-on-a-status-page/…

@mercedes.martinez I tested this and got the same result. It appears that this is because the 'Manage component updates' checkbox only filters for component updates. But all incidents and maintenances are still sent to the Slack channel, regardless if the component is selected. The wording is a bit confusing, but it's in…

Hi @Tim Tate , You're correct, there is no way to create an incident based on 'X' number of alerts. But, if you can figure out some way to have the alerts that are incoming increase in priority as the volume of alerts increases, then you could use a delay/suppress notification policy to block the responder alerts (the…

Hi @Jon Christopherson , You can subscribe to third-party components from any public statuspage that makes its components available. You can't link an entire Statuspage to a single component on your page using third-party components, but you can list any or all of the individual components in your Statuspage by toggling…

@[deleted] - I think there were some slight changes around services in the UI that may not be documented. If I can't find this in our current docs, I'll go ahead and add an article with instructions for this in the community.
-
@mercedes.martinez - I'll test this out and let you know what I find.
-
Hi @A.G. Rappe Your current Opsgnie user accounts would still work, and If the email address in Opsgenie matches the one in Azure AD, the user will be mapped/synced automatically.
-
Hi @mercedes.martinez , You should be able to limit to just the component you want with this link:
-
Hi @J Conners , It's hard to say without seeing your exact setup. Based on what you've described, you can probably just use filters on the 'create' action to filter for only Services and/or Assets in our org, so that only those ones end up creating alerts and then sending those alerts to JSM to create tickets. You can…
-
Hi @Victor Leclerc , Sometimes we can migrate Opsgenie sites, but it depends on several factors. Please open a ticket here and we can look into it for you: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
Hi @Tim Tate , We don't have a time-based feature that mirrors PagerDuty's "Time-Based Alert Grouping" exactly, however, I think based on what you've described this could be a good use case for incidents and incident rules, which would allow you to group alerts under a single incident based on whether the incident is still…
-
Hi @Иван Поваляев , You can silence alert notifications based on tags and other alert attributes using team-based notification policies. The alerts must be assigned to the team where the policies are configured for notification policies to be applied. Keep in mind, this would only work if you could configure some way for…

Have you already made a connection to your Jira using the integration? Was this working previously?

You can raise a private support ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi @Murali Veeraiyan , It sounds like a user access issue. Are you able to access the linked Jira instance by logging in directly?
-
Hi @이진규 , While you can't customize the payload from the webhook integration, you can add custom fields to alerts via the integrations that created them by using the "extra properties" fields. For example, if using an API integration to create an alert, you could add an extra property called "custom key" and set the value…
-
@Jugal_Shroff that could be tricky. There might be some way to do it depending on the data in the alerts. If you're able to, I would open a support ticket or a chat so we can look at your account and see if there's any way we can figure something out.

Hi @mercedes.martinez Slack notifications are separate from the email notifications which are controlled from within the incident/maintenances. If you want to get the Slack notifications, you will want to leave the 'Scheduled maintenances' box checked the Slack app checked.
-
Hi @Kunwar Vaibhav Singh - Right now there is no way to increase the maintenance name beyond the 255 character limit.
-
Hi @Kunwar Vaibhav Singh , Can you clarify what you mean by 'label'? Are you referring to the Maintenance name? It looks like the name of an incident or maintenance should be 255 characters.
-
Hi @mercedes.martinez , You should get notifications if the scheduled maintenance has the component you are subscribed to checked and the 'send notifications' checkbox for the incident is also checked.
-
Thanks for the screenshot, @Adam Rosenbaum If you're updating the priority of an existing alert, the priority can only be increased but not decreased via deduplication. So sending an alert update from JSM wouldn't be able to change the priority to a lower priority.…
-
Hi @Adam Rosenbaum , Can you post a screenshot of your 'create' action on the integration showing the priority field as well as a screenshot of the portion of the unprocessed incoming payload from Jira that shows a low or medium priority being sent?
-
I wouldn't necessarily say it's recommended over using JSM, it really depends on exactly what you're trying to do.

Navigate to Teams >> select the team that's subscribed to the service >> Services >> click 'Unsubscribe from service'
-
Hi @[deleted] , You can stop watching the service by going to the 'Services' page and clicking the 'eye' icon (which will only show on services you are already watching): Or you can go to the individual service page and click the 'stop watching' option:
