Hi @Marcos Alano , It looks like the attachment may exceed the file size limit of 2 MB. can you try again with a file that is under 2 MB? https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/add-a-note-or-attachment-to-an-alert/#Add-Attachments

@Augusto Cardoso Absolutely!

Hi @Augusto Cardoso , Can you please open a chat in Opsgenie or a ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ We will need to take a look at your account to help troubleshoot this issue.

Hi @Peter Ashley , The app only works for push notifications, but cannot send calls. Otherwise, your instructions look good. One thing to note; you said "The rules are automatically created on my installation for p1-p3 issue " - this sounds like you may have central notification templates set up:…
-
Hi @Hristo Vassilev John from Opsgenie support here - happy to assist. Here are answers to your questions: 1. There is no way to control the issue or incident IDs in Jira or Opsgenie, as those are assigned by the system and not accessible on the frontend. You can however add a link to from the Slack channel to the Jira…

Hi @Peter Ashley, You are on the right track; you will need to create an alert to call a user via the Opsgenie VCard numbers. However, in this case, that user appears not to have any active notification rules set up. They will need to add a rule that triggers a phone call when a new alert is assigned to them. This document…

@Lucente, Ransel Marie the difference between the formula bar and the value shown in the cell would have to do with the formatting. We can't really advise on that since it's not related to the export, but rather the formatting of the spreadsheet editor that you're using.
-
Hi @Lucente, Ransel Marie , The CreatedAt and UpdatedAt fields in the Opsgenie export are formatted as unix time stamps. You can convert them with the following formula: =DATE(1970, 1, 1) + (CELL_WITH_UNIX_DATE/ 86400000) Be sure the cells with the unix dates are formatted as numbers, or the formula won't work.

Hi @Anthony Richardson We don't have an official script in support for this, but in this community post a user linked a Github script for mass closing alerts: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Opsgenie-questions/How-do-I-bulk-close-amp-delete-a-huge-number-of-alerts/qaq-p/1115738

Hi @Emma Rector , John from Opsgenie support here, happy to assist. The value in the 'source' field is typically a hard-coded value that is the same as the type of integration. For example, for a Twilio integration it looks like this, by default: Only with API integrations is the default value {{source}}, which parses to…
-
Hi @Anoop VK , This change is only for JSM-subordinate Opsgenie accounts, so if you have a Standard Opsgenie plan with 300 licenses, that will not change. All JSM instances come with a subordinate Opsgenie instance and the licenses are shared between the two. This change is to integration the JSM-subordinate Opsgenie…

Hi @Dudi Glasswien , After you enter the email, you'll be given an option to select the individual components for that user.

Hi Matthias, John from Opsgenie support here. It looks like the only place you can get the user contact methods enabled for each user is the API. It only shows on the GET USER call, so you would need to use a script to loop through that API for each user: https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/user-api#get-user Please let me know…
-
Hi @Dudi Glasswien , If you allow users to subscribe to individual components, that would allow you to set up a unique component for each region (EASTUS, EMEA, APAC..) and then the user could subscribe to components for only their region.
-
Hi @Lorene Degeorges , John from Opsgenie support here. At this time, unfortunately, there isn't an option to customize the title of the webcal events. Sorry about that!
-
Hi @Nehal Zade , John from Opsgenie support here - happy to assist! Once common reason for actions not being triggered is that the integration is assigned to a team, but the alert is not. If your Salesforce integration is assigned to a team, the alerts must also be assigned to the same team or they will not be processed by…
-
Hi @Austin Lehdonvirta , John from Opsgenie support here - happy to help! You can group alert by using the alias field to trigger deduplication. In your case, since the server name is in the alert details, you will need to edit the integration to use map the dynamic field for the server to the alias. If you need to parse…
-
Hi @janely.melin , Thank you for explaining - unfortunately, however, there is no easy way that I know of to configure something like that with Opsgenie. Receiving an email for bad login JSM attempts that match registered domains may be something the Jira/JSM support teams can assist more with, or at least point you in the…

Thanks for sharing your solution @Osama Aljassar !

Hi @Alex John , John from Opsgenie support here - happy to assist! You can use an incident rule to create incidents from the P1 alerts, then you can use a team routing rule to only send P1 alerts with an extra property of incident-alert-type equal to Responder to the on call rotation for P1 incident-responder alerts. Be…
-
Hi @janely.melin , John from Opsgenie support here. Can you please clarify what exactly would be the trigger for the alert and who would the alert be going ti? Opsgenie can only send alerts to users in Opsgenie via their contact methods.
-
Hi @Tom Russell , John from Opsgenie support here - we would need to review the logs and configuration file to see what is going on. Please open a support ticket or a chat so we can help you out - thanks!

Hi @Gijsbert , Our webhook sends an outbound payload but you may be right about Zoho flow only supporting outbound workflows, I'm not too familiar with it, but their support team should be able to clarify. If that is the case, you would need to setup a custom endpoint to receive the Opsgenie webhook and then send it to…
-
Hi @Frank Szymanski , Opsgenie closes alerts by matching the alias field of an incoming 'close' payload with the alias of an existing open alert. So, two things need to be true to close an alert via an incoming payload: * The payload must match the integration's filter for the 'close' action * The alias must parse to the…
-
Hi @Gijsbert , John from Opsgenie support here, happy to assist! While we do not have a pre-built integration for Zoho desk, our API integration can be used for building your own integrations. With Zoho desk, it looks like they have a webhook that can be triggered. As along as you can customize the webhook's payload to…
-
Hi @Heather Chism , Is this question for Opsgenie? If so, there is a user management report that will list all of the users in the account.
-
Hi @Magnus Niemann you would need to delete the app from the Teams side and reconfigure it with them new channel.
-
Hi @Kurt M Pankopf , The headers of the reports are not customizable, however, we are moving to a new reporting suite in the few months that should allow for more customizations.
-
Hi @brad.welker , There isn't a way to filter for fields that aren't already available in the integration's 'create' filter. I know you said that you didn't want to create an alert filter per team, but essentially that same logic is the only way to achieve your requirement, only using policies instead of alert actions in…
-
Hi @Andrew Wildey , John from Opsgenie support here, happy to assist. Your screenshot actually means that the alert is being deduplicated, which means it's matching against the 'create' action each time due to the alias being the same. Incoming alert actions are processed from top to bottom within the integration, and…
