Hi Joanne, Opsgenie has a feature called alert deduplication which, instead of creating new alerts, increases the count of an open 'matching' alert. This feature was designed to reduce alert noise. It works by using the "alias" field in the alert. Any alert payload that reaches Opsgenie where the alias field matches an…

Hi @Shreshth Kaushik, Each metric ID (which adds data points to a graph) can only correspond to one graph on the page, so adding a new metric would create a new graph. So to answer your question, unfortunately, there is currently no way to add more than one metric to a single graph.

Hi Alex, The component's historical uptime needs to be updated separately from the incident itself. Because component uptime can be linked to more than one incident it doesn't necessarily correlate perfectly with the incident timeline in all cases.

The incoming automation rule can be found by going to the Jira integration and clicking "add rule" under the "incoming automation rules" section
-
Hi Hercule, Google only pulls iCal updates once every 12 - 24 hours, which is why you are not seeing the updates reflected on your calendar. There have been some custom scripts built for this purpose, which may help you get closer to real-time results.

Hi Sumit, The Slack integrations do not include the option to send notifications on schedule changes, however, you could configure the user's notifications settings to send an email on " Schedule Start" and/or " Schedule End" and then use a 3rd-party automation like Zapier to forward only those emails to a slack channel.

Hi Evan, You can create Opsgenie incidents by first creating an alert using the incoming rules in the JSM integration (first screenshot), then creating an incident rule which will automatically create incidents from incoming alerts, based on the filters you specify (second screenshot)

Hello, To get userId you will need to use a key from a global API integration. There is no way to access userId using the Team API.
-
Hi Kimberly, Unfortunately, there is no way to combine 2 Statuspages. You would need to manually copy over the information from the other page.
-
You should be able to do that dynamically on page load with JS.
-
Hi Sarah, To enable notifications, you must have at least one notification subscription option selected. Right now, none are selected. If you check at least one of the "Subscriber options" boxes, save the settings and refresh the page, you should see the other subscriber options appear when you click the 'subscribe'…

Hi Gemma, You can make the user a Statuspage product admin, which will give them full access to the account. The steps will be a bit different depending on whether you're on the old or new UI. Instructions for each are linked below: Legacy…

Hi @Anand S , If your tool can't be configured to use the "UP" and "DOWN" keywords, you would need to send the emails to a 3rd party first, where the subject can be modified and then sent to Statuspage. One example of a tool that could work is Zapier, which allows you to send and receive emails based on conditions and…

Hi Luis, Incidents are usually managed a bit more manually since they are designed to be much less common and more urgent than alerts. The idea with incident rules only allowing for one open incident at a time that matches the rule is that, when an incident is created for a specific rule, alerts will often keep coming in…

Hi @Jeff Myatt We can only turn on 3rd-party components for customers who request it. If the account owner contacts us we would be able to add their account to the 3rd party components list so you access it. You can also access the data from any public page via the API. For example: https://trust.debtpaypro.com/api/v2…

Hi Piyush, If you're not getting the alerts that you are expecting, I would recommend checking the debug logs in Settings >> Debug Logs. They will show the incoming payloads from your integrations. If those payloads reached opsgenie but an alert was not created, those logs would give you some indication as to why. If you…

Hi @[deleted] Can you please open a support ticket so we can test with the same file you're using?
-
Hi @Dewey Du, There is no feature that allows you to customize the webhook payload, so you would need to send it to another endpoint first and modify it before sending it to Wecom. I didn't see any community project for this either, so you would most likely need to build that integration yourself.

Hi Jesse, If you're on the Statuspage Business plan you have the option to customize your page with Javascript, so you can insert images or manipulate your page in many other ways. While generating the code for these customizations is left up to the client, we do share a few snippets for commonly requested customizations.

Hi @Brian Costello, Before I posted that, I tested the string processing code I gave you with the exact message field you posted (below) and it worked for me: {"version":"0","id":"random_string","detail-type":"Alarm State","time":"2020-02-09T17:41:15Z","resources":["arn:....."]} Can you please post screenshots of the…
-
Hi Simon, Unfortunately, there is no option to change the formatting of the email updates to add the status into the subject line. Sorry about that!
-
Hi Brian, The substringBetween string processing method may be easier to use in this case. You could try something like: {{message.substringBetween("resources\":[\"arn:","\"")}}

Hi Ravindranath, You can use the following request to get uptime, events and outage time for the past 90 days: curl https://api.statuspage.io/v1/pages/{page_id}/components/{component_id}/uptime -H "Authorization: OAuth your-api-key-goes-here" -X GET

Hi Matheus, It looks like it's working now: Usually, if we see this kind of thing, it's a caching issue. I reset the cache on your account, so hopefully you don't see any more of this.

Hi Nick, I don't have a Pingdom account to test on, but it looks like if you follow the second part of this setup under "Edit Uptime Check" it should allow you to select the contact for uptime checks. I'm wondering if you can use unverified contacts for the uptime checks.

Hi Chris, That log in the logs is just indicating that the user has opened the email. There are 3 logs for each email that is sent out: 1. Submitted to provider 2. EmailStatus: delivered 3. EmailStatus: opened

Hi Joshua, We do have a MS Teams integration, that has mostly the same functionality as our slack integration.
-
Hi William, There is no report in-app for that, but the Get User API will list the user contact number and method for individual users. You could use the List User API first to get all user IDs (which are needed for the Get User API) and then have the Get User API loop through them to list all users and their contact…
-
Hi Joshua, It may be a setting on your slack channel management under under settings & permissions. You'll want to make sure it's set to "Everyone plus Multi-Channel Guests (default)" if it's not already.
-
Hi Landon, As I noted in your other post, we don't have any native webscraping integrations, so you would need to find a 3rd party app that can scan your site for changes, then send those changes to Opsgenie via the API.
