Hi Landon, While we don't have any native webscraping integrations or an incoming webhook, we do have an API integration, which should work for your use case.

Hi Marlon, You can specify the type of notifications to be sent out using notification rules, which are set in the user's profile. By setting filters, you can send notifications for only P1, JSM alerts. Here is an example: If you want to set the same rule for a group of users, you can also utilize central notification…

Hi Daniel, The free version does limit the outgoing/2-way functionality on the Jira Service Management Cloud integration.
-
Hi Bruce, We have an API call to list action channels, which gives the team ID associated with the channel. I hope that helps!
-
Hi Ryan, Unfortunately, we don't currently have an option in the application to add extensions for phone numbers. Sorry about that.

I should have included this in the original answer - if the website monitoring tool you're using work can send specific words over, including "UP and "DOWN" via email, statuspage can directly accept those emails and change the state of the component - which would eliminate the need for an intermediary tool like Opsgenie.…

Hi Howard, If you want to automatically update your own component on your Statuspage, you would need to integrate with a tool like Opsgenie or Pagerduty that can automatically update the status of the component. Then you would use the integrations in one of those tools (for example the Pingdom integration in opsgenie or…

Hi Çağatay, There was an incident which has since been resolved, so you should not see anymore delays. The incident report can be seen here on March 25th: https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/

Hi David, The notifications that are sent out immediately when a new maintenance event is scheduled can be disabled by unchecking the 'send notifications' checkbox. You can then choose to only send notifications an hour before maintenance start and at the start of the maintenance by leaving the "At the start time" and "An…

Hi Jmyers, If you are using the Jira integrations in Opsgenie, there is a setting to have Jira issues created via alerts from 'other' integrations. Those integrations would include the default API integration, which you can use to send API calls to.
-
Hi Leonie, You can change the URL as many times as you like - there is no limit.
-
I'm glad you were able to get that working. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hello! What file type and image size are you uploading? The recommended file size is 630px x 420px.

Hi Robert, The status embed updates will populate on the site as soon as an incident is published and the user can dismiss the message at anytime by clicking the 'x' The embed popup will not return until another update is made to an incident or a new incident occurs, regardless of page reload or new session. The one…

Hi Joel, It looks like the following fields are also required for the create action: "user": "{{user}}", "note": "{{note}}", "source": "{{source}}", "message": "{{message}}", "description": "{{description}}", "entity": "{{entity}}" That doesn't seem to be very clear in the docs; I will put in a request to have them…

Hi Mahyar, There is no way to both have a public page and limit it to only allow authenticated users to subscribe. In that case, you would have to add the subscribers yourself from the management page for that to work. Most companies that have this type of a requirement have 2 status pages, one for the public and one for…

Hi Annie, If you are on the Essentials trial, you can only add integrations within teams. You can to go to Teams >> Select a team >> Integrations and your Jira integration should work. Global integrations are only available on the Standard and Enterprise plans. You can also upgrade your trial for free by going to Settings…

Hi Tomasz, When sending the alerts from Zabbix, you will need to specify an Opsgenie team in the Responders field. Without first routing to a responding team, there can be no on-call user. Users are only on-call within individual teams. Once the alert is routed to the correct team, you can use the routing rules within that…

Hi Mathew, Currently there is no option for parent-child group relationships, however I did find a feature request already in our system for adding component groups as subgroups.
-
Hi Allen, If the legacy Jira integration seems to be missing from your Integrations list, can you please try using the category filter for "BiDirectional" and see if it shows up?
-
Hi Corentin, Currently there is no option to only show certain components on Status Embed. The alternative would be to create your own status embed or create a separate status page for each application. Statuspage accounts can host multiple status pages.
-
Hi Matthew, While there is no feature that makes one component 'dependent' on another component, you can add multiple components to a group, and then when creating an incident, you would select the group, rather than the component. First, add a group to the component: Then, select the group when creating an incident and…

Hi Marlon, I apologize, I thought team-based policies were available on all plans but after checking the documentation it appears that they are also only available on the Standard and Enterprise plans. With that being the case, I believe there is no way to map priorities between Jira and Opsgenie on the Essentials plan.
-
Hi Cindy, Can you open a ticket via the chat in Opsgenie or at https://support.atlassian.com and we will look into this for you.
-
Hi Marlon, The alternative would be to use a policy to map the priority, rather than the advanced settings on the integration. You would need to create a policy for each priority and add the filter of "source contains: Jira" Here is an example:
-
Hi Marlon, "How can I get the Advanced button?" The Advanced settings of the integration are only available on the Standard and Enterprise plans. Is there anyway we can get to match the Priority between OpsGenie and Jira Service Management? There is already a feature enhancement submitted for this that you can upvote here:…
-
Hi Sebastien, You, as the page admin can change the components for a subscriber by clicking on the individual subscription, from the "Subscribers" page and editing the components for that subscriber on the "Manage subscriptions" tab: If the subscriber themself wants to edit the components they are subscriber to, they can…

It appears we do already have a feature enhancement request logged for complete auto-refresh, so that is hopefully a feature we will see sometime in the near future. In the meantime, here is a plugin that may help.
-
Hi Snanan, The Jira integrations interact with alerts in Opsgenie, rather than incidents, so there is not a way to automate incident closure via the integration. To answer your second question, since incidents are not 'acknowledged' there is no way to do this. However, the alerts that are associated with incidents can add…

Hi Ron - The auto-refresh checks for new alerts but does not update existing alerts.
