Hi @Carper Par , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I believe a "Guard" license is only needed for people with an Atlassian Account. So only for Users / Agents. Customers don't require a Guard license. Best regards, Kris

Hi @tara wilding , What do you mean exactly with "in the last month". Do you mean: * Tickets that have been created in the last month, and have a breached SLA OR * Tickets where the SLA breached in the last month (could be a ticket that was created 2 months ago, but the SLA only breached yesterday). Best regards, Kris
-
@Mona Schnell , I don't think you can add attachment via bulk editing. Depending on the requirements, maybe you can build an automation rule that adds an attachment to the ticket whenever a certain action happens (ex. status change). Best regards, Kris

Hi @Dilan Koyunoğlu , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Can you explain where you need this calculation ? In a report ? Automation rule ? Issue List ? Dashboard gadget ? SLA ? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Jason Walther , No this is not possible by default. I'm thinking this might also be some kind of security / privacy concern giving people access to other people tickets without them explicetely sharing them. Best regards, Kris

Hi @Marc -Devoteam- , Unfortunately, both don't work. Using Email Address returns an error. Using the accountId does not return an error, but also does not allow me to pass the IF statement. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Guillaume de Champeaux , Yes, you can do that under the following conditions: * The client needs to have permissions to projects B and C * The client must be added as a request participant to the tickets created in project B and C If these conditions are met, the client will be able to see the tickets of projects B and…

Hi @Mohamed Farhan , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'm not sure I understand your question correctly but let me try to answer. Jira needs the ticketnumber in the subject of the email to recognize a ticket already exists. So if I send an email, and Jira imports the email, it will not see a ticketnumber and a new…
-
Hi @Guillaume de Champeaux , The reason why you see it's "locked" is because it's a default Jira field and you can not alter it. For the JSM project in which the automation rule is creating tickets, can you check the "Request Type" you are using ? Project Settings --> Request management --> Request Types --> Click the…
-
Hi @Guillaume de Champeaux , If these projects are really Service Management projects, the "Request Participants" field should be available. But maybe it was removed from the screens ? If so, you should be able to add it again. You can also use the "Find your field" functionality to research why the field is not visible.…

Hi @Guillaume de Champeaux , If you set the reporter as a "Request Participant" on the newly created tickets, they should be able to see them in the portal. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @John Lutheran , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Atlassian licensing is based on "potential" users. So if all 200 users need to be able to access Confluence, and have an active account, you will need to pay for a license. So in your case, 200 licenses. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Dimitar I_ Dimitrov , I don't think you will be able to to do this with JQL. Sprint information is not stored on ticket level. There are however some default sprint reports you can use in Jira. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Guillaume de Champeaux , The "Other" projects you talk about ... are they also "Service Management" projects ? Where do you want the "Reporter" to see an overview of the issues ? In the portal or the Jira backoffice ? When automatically creating a new ticket in "Another" project, who do you set as the "Reporter" of the…

Hi peter.dangela@vista.com , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Not by default. You will need to look for an addon in the Atlassian Marketplace. Ex. Deep Clone for Jira or Elements Copy and Sync Best regards, Kris
-
JQL had a "CHANGED" operator but it works on Assignee, Fix Version, Priority, Reporter, Resolution, and Status fields only.
-
Hi @SAzaruddin.mp , For advanced time logging options, you will need to look for an AddOn in the marketplace. Ex. in "Tempo Timesheets", you are able to create "Work Categories" like Development, Bugfixing, etc .... Blocking a field from editing once entered is not as easy. You could create some kind of workaround where…
-
Hi @shivani.shirguppi , It's not as easy as downloading an Excel file. As you said, you can look at the list of users in the project settings, but you will not be able to download it as a list. And also, if access rights have been assigned on usergroup level, you will not be able to see the users inside that group. Maybe…

Hi @Ozan Zarcı , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. What settings have you changed ? Did you already check the notification scheme ? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Justine , Not sure if you already found the answer to your problem. A few things : * Can you check the "Send link as" value below "More options". It should be set to HTML * I see an error in you smart value. Can you just try {{page.url}} Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Vytautas Dėlkus , The easiest solution is indeed to put the trigger on the tickets of project A. A scheduled automation rule could also work, but will be more difficult to setup. Also, you might be running into limitations on the maximum number of tickets an automation rule can handle in a single run. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @刘琛 , Do you have permissions to access the other projects you want to move your issue to ? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Vytautas Dėlkus , This can be done with an automation rule. You will need to set the trigger to a status change of the "linked issue". You can then get the linked issues and change their status accordingly. Below you can find an example. I hope this helps. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Vera Valshonok , I think the easiest way is just to check in the billing overview how much you pay for the Confluence product. This overview also displays the amount of licensed users. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Jodi Jones , Have you already tried troubleshooting these steps ? https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-get-existing-board-access-in-jira-cloud-1402670138.html Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Jean-Michel Ochmann , Have you already had a look at the logfiles ? Maybe there is a specific error message ? Best regards, kris
-
Hi @Martins Vanags_eazyBI , Thanks for your feedback. I got it now. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Brian Henry , I did a little test and this works for both service requests, and incidents. Are you sure you acutally have a CSAT comment in the original ticket ? Also, looking at your automation rule, why do you perform a re-fetch of the issue data ? I don't see a use for that and it might also interfere with the…
-
Hi @Brian Henry , What happens when you display the value of the smart value above in the audit log ? Do you see the correct value of the ticket ? Can you share your automation rule ? Best regards, kris
-
Hi @Brian Henry , Are you getting a specific error message or something ? I tried this smart value in my automation rule and it seems to return a result. {{issue.properties.service-request-feedback-comment.comment}} Best regards, kris
