Hi, When you set permissions on a form, you control who has access to it though the portal and the JSM backoffice. This means that somebody in the JSM backoffice, might have access to the ticket itself, but not the form that is attached to the ticket. However, these restrictions do not apply to the attachments. So a JSM…

Hi @AKAKPO Kassegnin , You can find that via the Jira Settings —> Jira Apps > Jira Service Management apps Configuration
-
Hi @Carina , No there is no limit to the time you can use the Free plan. There is a limit on the number of users. Maximum 10 users are allowed.
-
Hi @Joshi , Unfortunately, this is not possible yet. There is a feature request for it in the Jira cloud backlog : JRACLOUD-98607
-
Hi @Jens Fangerau , Yes, the objects themselves are also included in the backup. Otherwise, the "Asset work item linking" would not work. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Naveen Cheelam , I'm not a SalesForce specialist, but SalesForce seems to have an API available which allows you create a new "Account record". https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api_rest.meta/api_rest/dome_sobject_create.htm You could create a new automation rule in Jira that is triggered when a new…

Hi @AKAKPO Kassegnin , There are a few settings in JSM that you need to be aware about. The first one is a Global Service Management setting that defines if new requests are automatically shared. A Second setting is with the "Customer permissions" of your JSM Space, that defines if customers are allowed to share requests.

Services is probably the strategic direction Atlassian is pushing, especially when incidents, changes, problems, ownership, dependencies and operational health all need to be linked. Option 2 (Assets)gives you a lot of flexibility, but you need to design and maintain the object schema yourself. * You create Product or…
-
Hi @alba_vendrell , You have several options. 1. You can create a custom field (dropdown) which lists your products. You can put this field in the request so customers can use it in the portal 2. You can setup an schema and objects in assets for your products. This is a bit more complex to setup, but will give you more…

Hi @Navid Ghahremani As @Marc -Devoteam- already mentioned, it has been a long time since your site was deactivated. The data is most likely permanently deleted.
-
Hi @Navid Ghahremani , Depending on when exactly is was terminated, you might try to contact Atlassian support. Maybe they can still re-activate your site.
-
Hi @Jeremy Wood Besides the answers already given here, you also have to consider the possibility to re-use workflows. I always try to streamline processes over different Jira spaces. That includes re-using workflows as much as possible. Having a static approver in a workflow, just for 1 spaces, makes that more difficult.…

Hi @yuen ka ho , You should see the button under the "Manage" option on the customer page. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Naman Sogani , * Will users without a JSM license appear in the Assets User attribute picker?* Yes. If they are a registered user and have an account, you will be able to find them in the user list in Assets * Can such users be referenced via Automation (using accountId) without issues?* Yes * Are there any licensing…

Good to hear that. Thanks for the update.

Hi @Rob Franssen , Are you using the default time tracking functionality of Jira? Or are you using an AddOn? Have you compared the screen configuration of the different spaces? Are they both the same type of spaces (software / business / ...)? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Vasilis Dimitrakis , You should be able to create a support ticket that is handled by a human. But you have to pass the AI support bot first. I've marked this ticket for Atlassian Support to assist you with this. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @info , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. You mean the button is displayed, but nothing happens when you click it? Have you tried another browser or incognito window? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @Костенко Сергій Анатолійович , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Unfortunately, I believe this is a piece of text you can not change by yourself. It's controlled by Atlassian. Best regards, Kris

You have to go out of the report and go back to the homepage of your space.
-
You should have a "Shortcuts" menu item in the navigation.
-
Hi @rachel_faherty , I have marked this ticket so Atlassian support can maybe help with this. Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @MICHAEL_LEGARDEUR_-ND , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. There does not seem to be a "Save" option. But when you have created the report, you can copy the url from the browser, and use it to create a shortcut in the space.
-
Hi @rachel_faherty , Have you tried using another device or browser? Or maybe clear the browser cache ? Also, are other users having the same problem ? Best regards, Kris
-
Hi @deseymour , In addition to what John said .... you can also use the "Find your field" function on the issue detail screen to find out why your field is not displayed.
-
Hi @Eric Broshears , I don't believe you can do that in default Jira functionality. You can create the 2 fields but you would always need to display them. Unless you have an AddOn like Scriptrunner. Maybe you can then create a behaviour that adds some logic. Or maybe a script. Or maybe there is another AddOn available that…
-
Hi @Rosie Brown , What error are you getting exactly and when? Translations should not be a blocking issue, bit might result in a warning. You still should be able to create and edit forms and request types.
-
Hi @Artur , Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Jira already sends out an email notification whenever somebody is mentioned. So not sure what extra value this automation would create. For the trigger, you can create a "Work item Commented" trigger with a "User Condition". "User who triggered the event" "Is in Usergroup".…

Hi @[deleted] How have these users initially been created? Did you upgrade from "Standard" to "Premium" ? Do the orginal user accounts still the "Customer" role in Jira Service Management? (see tab "App Access" in the user details). Best regards, Kris

Hi @Gopal , May I ask why you want the agents to be able to work in Gmail? If they want to keep using a mailbox, what is the point of having Jira? I guess an agent can work via emails as long as the email has a Jira ticket number, and the reply somehow if imported in to Jira. Then Jira will be able to link the comment to…
