Thanks for the share. Lots of great information to share with my team and how we can use the Team Playbook this year. Happy New Year!

Well what can I say. I am new as of this last year to the Atlassian community leadership and I am learning so much the last 6 months. I think my biggest highlight is to be here to help and learn with the community. I wrote my first article this year which was great. I learned a lot about some best practices and can't wait…

@Thijs Rijnders , I found this feature request you can add yourself to. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-9264 There is not much out there at this time that will help with this that I can find or know about. It looks like there is API limits and why the add-ons are not yet available in the cloud. Please add your…

@Gabriel Mercer At this time Virtual Agent is only available for Slack and Teams. So it would not be useful for your org as it will not connect to Gchat and or Zendesk. If your org was to migrate to either chat platform I believe it could be very useful for you but that tool choice would need to happen first. I hope this…

@Zoe Klapman Welcome to Atlassian Community. Project admins in Jira and space admins in Confluence only have permission to manage the space or project. You would need to be an Org admin to re-activate this subscription. Do you know who the Org admin for your company is? Typically the owner of the product or system would…

Where is the emoji in the like button when you need it. Very good laugh this morning thanks for the share.

You should be able to use the smart values to do this in a message to the owner of the page or a set of users. Here is a Confluence Smart Values and automation with smart values You can give notification via email and or slack.

To make this work you have to go to each domain that is authorized and click into it to set default product access. Once you set that up each IDP user will go into the default licensing group once they are provisioned. I have seen this fail for some users also recently on some sites but I have seen it work on most. For…

Welcome @Carlos Chang very awesome to have you here.
-
@Jason S Issues in status duration is a good one but it would be nice if teams are using time tracking that you might be able to see that data on the summary too. I think both scenarios are relevant.
-
I think a few more options on different insights or a way to customize the data that is shown to the team. Maybe a way to filter some of the charts to specific needs of the team. For me I love the way it is built and shows me a lot with out having to make a dashboard which in its self is amazing. Its right in the project.…

Welcome @Henry Mkhwananzi ! Its good to have you here. I hope you are learning as much as you can. let us know if there is anything we can do to assist in your learning.

Very well done. I wish I would of read this sooner. So going to talk to the team about this I like the highlight about a safe place. I think trust is import and feeling safe to discuss is also so very important.

During the pre-stages of changes to teams I was working with the development team about how the teams, teams field should work. A few key things that we had talked about were having teams be controlled 3 ways. * Open Teams * Approval to enter team * IDP groups synced with Teams. I am really excited to see the 3rd option…

I am guessing you found that in the security tab?
-
@Tony Landowski I hope all is well. I might need a little more information here as to why a custom user picker field is needed. In JSM cloud when the users logs into the Help Center portal they are the logged in user. If they put in a request to any of the projects available for them to access they will be set as the…

I was thinking about wave accounting since that is what I used.
-
@Darshanaa (ServiceRocket) I would like to check it out! Did you build a forge app to help with this?
-
I am also wondering when this is going to come out and if there is going to be an EAP for this. We use Azure and I think it is a keen feature as it will make work and projects to teams and we can see in the org who is working on what based on managers. This is a great feature and we want to test it for our internal team so…
-
@Patrice Champet Hope all is well. This is because any smart link coming from another system has to follow permission of that system. So if the user of the document doesn’t have access to view then Atlassian won’t show it. It does this for Google, Microsoft, and Dropbox. If I am not mistaken you can authorize self…
-
Alex, Hope all is well. The group won’t show up automagically as you have to find in the default permission where you want that group and what permissions to give it. When adding permission in confluence make sure you’re at the group level as the user level will not let you add groups. In admin console the group should…

Hi @Paul Dunn hope all is well. Welcome to community. @Jack Brickey I believe he is talking about the page owner in confluence. if you are referring to Confluence page owner this can be updated now. Typically any time a user is no longer in the system it retains their data and will show (deactivated) after a user name is…

Please let me know how it goes and I will keep thinking of other ways that you might be able to do so. If this helped you please mark it as answer if you could.

@rocily.deepthi Welcome to the community and hope all is well. I believe there is a few post in community on this type of migration but looks to be a dev solution. Here is a link to the community post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Migrate-from-Mediawiki-to-Confluence/qaq-p/1274596 I will say if…

I really like this and want to start to use this. We are currently using Atlas to reflex on our current project with client high level updates and I think with this review template would be powerful together. It seems like a great place to summarize and get the full teams input for how it went post deployment or delivery.…

So there are templates in both JSM and JWM for onboarding which could be use for clients or internal employee situations. The other thing I was thinking about is using assets to onboard and have all the attributed data you need if your using JSM premium it could be a valid use case. The new JSM customer support feature…
-
@Camila Gomes Actually on a kanban you can hide issues as you can filter them out. If you turn on backlog in the board settings it will move all the issue to backlog and let you enable the epic tab. This will remove epics from the board. If you need to remove other issue types you will need to make a sub-filter, add a link…

This is amazing information thanks for sharing.

If you want to test the premium features to use admin key you can get 30 day trial by upgrading product. The admin key features allow you to check restriction and use admin key to update permissions. It might not be worth it for your team but its super helpful when restrictions and or permission are updated and you don't…

You can set that up so they can use the email option as you can add the approve decline to the email, or portal to transition and or if you use slack/team Chat approval via slack. I typically try and get all stakeholders trained to use Jira. Especially for the history and approval logs it makes it easy in one place. You…
