@Melvin John, Hello, welcome to community. When it comes to subdomain being taken and not useable you will need a support ticket to try and clear it up. Do you owe that f9infortech domain? I know there are times there are issue with a claimed domain and or subdomain it can be a hassle for all parties. I recommend trying…

I have made a few different types of slides per week. It replace my need for PPT or other Slides as Confluence and Teamwork Graph have my context. So it easier. The only one thing that been hard for me is to get it to use our branding. But over all its been great for presenting to customers and team members.

I started to use ICC recently and we are using Dash0 as a platform to monitor our platform and infrastructure. I would love to see Dash0 added so we can use its telemetry in ICC. We are using the alert & monitoring with JSM OPS but we are thinking it would be event better with Telemetry. These are such good adds to JSM for…

This is exciting as I been waiting for the expansion of SLA's. I hope the indexing is better now. I so want to show all the ITSM/ESM clients what is coming!

@chirvasitua Thanks for writing this up — I ran into the exact same thing on a hybrid IPv4/IPv6 setup, and your GIT_SSH_COMMAND="ssh -4" workaround matches what I landed on too. One small quality-of-life addition: instead of prefixing every git command, you can make the IPv4 preference permanent in your ~/.ssh/config: Host…

@pcrooker You are most very welcome. Glad that worked for you.

Hey @Mirza Limon, Fun question — and honestly a lot of it maps pretty cleanly onto the same project-management headaches any complex, deadline-driven team deals with, exhibition stands included. My take: AI is strongest on the coordination layer, less so on the creative judgment layer. Where I've seen it actually save…

Hey pcrooker, Good news — this almost certainly isn't the SSH key, so you can stop chasing that one. (The "no keys configured" under workspace settings is just because personal SSH keys live under your personal account settings, not the workspace — totally separate thing, and not what's breaking your HTTPS clone.) What's…

Hey Randall, Totally agree — being able to spot conflicted branches right from the PR browse view would save a bunch of back-and-forth. I'd love to see that too. Quick heads up on getting it in front of the right people, since the old "create a Suggestion" option in the BCLOUD tracker went away a while back. These days…

I just redownloaded it and its amazing. So excited to try the new version out and streamline my work. I love Loom. Thank you Team.

@Andy Gladstone Thank you so much and as time passes I am thinking of dropping some more use cases for different teams and business use cases. Its import that we unlock the future of work with all Atlassian products so that teams get the most out of the System of Work & Teamwork Graph. Which includes finding other ways to…

@Alan Bruce , I highly recommend it. I have personal been through a DR situation and without Revyz we would of been toast. It is solving real life issues and providing the insurance companies need when it comes to business tracking and system of work. My last note is that you actually getting 5 products in one app. This is…

@joanna_natial Let me see if I can help here. I have used both and both are helpful but I do believe they are meant for different types of Admins or situations. If you need basic backup and restore then Rewind seems to be the one that most are going with for the cost or just wanting the basics. Good product though. I do…

@Kondiboyina Khadri, Hari Pradeep It looks like the agent is resolving the accountId correctly, but Jira is still overriding the assignee. A couple things to check: 1. Use "id" instead of "accountId" for the assignee on issue creation. Jira’s create API often ignores assignee: <span>"assignee": { "id": "</span>…

@Jhon Brayan Manrique Pachon , Let me try to help here. Did you set this up by SSO/SCIM connector or did you use the Oauth method. There are two ways to configure Entra ID/ Azure AD in Atlassian Guard. The traditional method gives you SCIM and SSO configuration and granular control of groups and users. The second method…

I believe if this is connected to Atlassian Organization and you go to billing in Admin console and check for deactivated apps. You should be able to click on them and re-activate them.
-
@Jen James Can you try this: {addedmemberfullname}

Can you check one more thing for me from Admin Console? Check to see if you have subscription of Rov-dev. I believe if you run out of credits it will also do this to you. This recently went GA and on beta it was working. If there isn't a subscription I am sure this could be an effect of that.

@Jonathan Santos Great questions. If you connect the JCMA to the cloud and set up portfolio insights, I was taking that data and adding it to a Confluence page. This way we can run data against the page to come up with some of those gaps and what approach we should use. The other thing in which you pointed out is using the…

@Madhav Shivpuri Very welcome and glad it now working. Thank you for being apart of our amazing community. Please let us know if you need more assistance.

@Chris Dunne _Raledo_ Great questions: It would be great to see some examples of the agents / prompts to demonstrate these 'capabilities'. Also, how can we trust Rovo's output - how do we know it hasn't missed something or misinterpreted a configuration? I can upload some of the prompts I use with my custom migration…
-
@Ben R If you are tracking migration in Confluence and Jira. I have built a migration assistant agent that helps and is able to provide all of the following. When you connect the dc connector to Rovo its able to read that dc instance to help improve the data knowledge of that instance. Now that we have JCMA, and portfolio…

@Tim Braxton I do love the idea you are proposing. I do believe it might be possible but in a different way. I also really like the ideas of both @matthew barrett @Derek Fields _RightStar_ as they are ways I have solutioned this in the past. * Dedicated vendor mailbox + automations Use a dedicated mailbox (e.g., vendors@…)…

@Steffon Lewis , Hello and hope this finds you well. I know it's frustrating when you lose access to your videos and or data. Few questions? Was this email a work email you no longer have access to? Where you invited to a workspace and no longer have access to that workspace. There is a way to access your personal settings…
-
@Madhav Shivpuri , Thanks for the question. I have not seen this happen yet. Is this happening for all spaces? Is it only happening in one space? Typically if there are restriction on a space it won't allow you to see child pages if the restriction are on the top level page as the child would inheirant those permissions.…

I am using this in our repos in the pipeline set up. It was doing it automagically during the beta. I know notice there is a "Review Code" It seems you need to enabled Rovo Dev and make sure that you have credits. No Rovo Dev credits site found A workspace admin needs to finish setting up Rovo Dev. How to activate code…

Another option is now Automation for Jira is now available in Forge and you could use Rovo plus automation for Jira customer automation that could link to a Rovo custom skill that could help do this or you could fully bake it in Forge custom Rovo bot with skills. Either way both would work. I am still working on my version…

@Garrett Wong If you're using Atlassian Rovo and want to limit the sources indexed from third-party connectors like Google Drive and Microsoft SharePoint, you can utilize the blocklist feature. Here's how to manage the blocklist: During Connector Setup: As you are initially setting up the Google Drive or SharePoint…

@Tom Flynn Depends on if your on old org billing or new. When you are in admin.atlassian.com console you will need to go to If your on old, navigate to admin console settings. You will see an option on the left side that says Administrator's. Add the users there. If you are on new, navigation to admin console > Directory >…

Yes, Atlas aka platform experience is free and part of the Atlassian eco-system. They have announced it will be free for life. This is away to track business projects initiatives and connect your data form Confluence, Jira, JSM. It also allows you to use Teams and keep people informed. It is also for tracking goals and…
