@Naomie Do you know if your Confluence is been migrated from data center to cloud?

Connecting Teams to Sprints: In the "Multiple Sprints Overview" template, you can use the "Assignees" and "Sprints" dropdown controls to filter and connect specific teams to their respective sprints This allows you to view metrics and data relevant to the selected teams and sprints. In Analytics dashboard you should be…

I think I love all the features that are coming to premium especially the restriction and visibility. JPD is an amazing product!

@Davide Cascapera Good luck as I have found Forge to be so amazing and to make internal apps for my own team. Its pretty neat we can build our own solutions. I did look at the market place and didn't find any Rovo agent dedicated to asset management so you might be the first to make it. Have fun.

@thomas_esquieu Welcome to the community and I hope this reply finds you well. There are a few ways to do this so I will outline that here: * Atlassian add-on from Marketplace * Using JSM premium to take advantage of Assets which can be used across products * Using JSM Forms to use dynamic fields and sections * You could…

I agree this is not a typical way to use Jira or Atlassian. I have so many sites I belong to I don't use my Confluence as much. So I use API to send data there for me from specific sources and I know I need to check that data on a cadence. I use mobile to do so. I am in Jira more and also these are my personal/business…

@Davide Cascapera Good day, I have not yet seen an agent that is able or as ability to managed assets. This is a great use case though and very interesting topic. Could Rovo be a asset manager? I believe you would have to build a Rovo agent with Asset API capabilities using Forge and this might be possible. So there are…

@Carles Barrobés Welcome to the community and I hope all is well. So from my understanding the API usage is not recognized as a logged in users. The system knows if you are logged in or not. It needs a logged in user action to be logged in this case. I have a great example is I use API to update Confluence data for me to…

@Amy Lane If you find this to have answered your questions please accept the answer so others in the community can find this as helpful. Please let us know how it is working out and if this helped to solve your question(s).

I think you read my thoughts and words right out my mouth. Very well done and thank you for sharing.

@Amy Lane Overview: In Jira Service Management (JSM), users without an agent license can still interact with issues if they have a Jira license. * This can be achieved by configuring a special role called "Contributor." Steps to Configure Contributor Access: Create the Contributor Role: Navigate to your project's settings.…
-
@Amy Lane Do you need an how to guide to achieve this or just looking for confirmation that it could work? Also please remember that if they are not agent they will need to use the portal to engage with the forms unless they are contributors and have a Jira license. Please let me know if this helped you by accepting the…
-
@Matt Brown Welcome to the community and hope this finds you well. I have seen many people and teams encounter this same issue. Typically its best practice to have a second user account that is not part of the domain so there is a back door to the system. I believe you will need a support ticket Please click the link…

@Amy Lane Welcome to the community and hope you are doing well. So let see if I can chime in on this question and help. If you are using these forms in service management you can add these to any request type in a ad hoc manner. You could have the HR be assigned to fill these out then re-assign them to the next stage. You…

@Akhand Pratap Singh I hope you are doing well. I believe the answer is no! While I could be wrong I have tested this theory to ask if it knows how my site is built or how a screen is configured. I didn't have luck with Rovo being able to give me back any information on the Jira configuration. While I do believe that this…

The customer must exist in the customers section. If they don’t it can’t create them unless you have the permission set up to support this. * Review Jira Settings: Go to Jira settings > Products > Configuration and check if customers are allowed to create their own accounts. * Also believe the JSM project has to be set to…

@Ashley Freiheit I would also like to welcome you to the community. As stated by @Marc -Devoteam- this virtual agent is intent based. It needs interaction to start to do something. At the portal level or help center the VA lives in the search bar and no way to move this to another location. You might be able to put in a…
-
@Marc -Devoteam- Correct, we can mandate a screen on the portal so the system in the configuration would ask you what you want the resolution to be if you have a resolution screen. This type of change doesn't make much since and maybe the best solution is to have users add a comment after the transition? Make this more a…

@Josh Thanks for the kind words and the assist on this one. @Mamta Bodhale I would also agree with @John Funk and put in a feature request. I do know that the Organization details and field are part of the CMDB but they are not exposed to us as admins. You might be able to use advance automation for those fields to help…
-
@Charlotte D_Alfonso Welcome to the community and I hope this finds you well today. To do this you will need to add a screen to the decline transition. This then can allow a screen to populate to give a reason why. This would be similar to the pending reason screen which you could copy and then rename and change to suit…

@Micah Sanders Welcome to the community and hope you are well. I found this community post that goes over this by using the rest api. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Get-next-gen-access-type-public-private-by-REST-calls/qaq-p/1726625 The only other way to do this I believe is to manually go through…

You can restrict request types to user name, groups or customer organizations if that helps. This would allow you to help organize request types so customers only see what they should. I don't think you can use an attribute of an organization to help facilitate the restriction.
-
I might add by using a Marketing business project along with Rovo you might find that this will help as those are build for marketing focus.
-
@Mamta Bodhale When utilizing multiple help centers, you can create a dedicated help center for a specific set of customers. This allows you to link specific projects to that help center, ensuring that the request types associated with different workflows are published by the projects that constitute the help center. Here…

@Mark I would also like to welcome to Atlassian Community! Are you doing this straight in the Object Schemas? Meaning that the data they entered is being update in the tables and that is where you can't set a requirement? I have not found a way to require an attribute to be entered in the past directly in the asset schema.…
-
@Greg D I think Home and the products are both easier to navigate and your right Atlassian is trying to keep parity between products. In the past the compliant was to much white real estate in the product and now it will be to cluttered. There isn’t away to make all everyone happy. I agree with your observations. it would…

A few things I think about! This is for some teams and not all. It would be a good option if you could run the agents from cloud rather than from a server or device. I understand that this has to do with control of data and security in some aspects but for those that use Saas having the ability to run in the Atlassian site…

For me this has been awesome. I live in the product(s) as a partner and I can easily get from one product to the other and close the side tab or leave it open. I can move from Confluence, loom, Jira so effortlessly. One of the things I think about is muscle memory and being used to a specific layout. When I tried the…

Just Cute @Jimmy Seddon It looks like all is well and the farm is fun and bringing new life to your family. Thanks for sharing always great to hear whats going on up your way! My Transformers love and how it was passed down. Well in 1986 my brother took me to my first movie and it left me in tears! Optimus Prime had died…

@Akhand Pratap Singh If you use Forge to build a rovo agent I am sure you would be able to do this as there are API's available to find out data and report back to you. I am not sure on the action it could take but it could definitely report back to you things you need to know.
