1986 Transformers the Movie Animated - Galvatron when he kills starscream This is bad comedy! or Hot Rod says, "how does that universal greeting go! Oh yeah nevermind I got it! Bah wep grah nah wep nini bon." Or the beginning of the movie when they are at a robot planet and Morvilous says "look its Unicron!"

Congrats @LarryBrock! Thank you for all you do for the community and your years of service.

@Bill Sheboy as answered your question with this: {{#=}}{{issue.customfield_12345}} + {{issue.customfield_67890}}{{/}}h The math expression was off and that is the reason that it was not calculating correctly. As Bill stated the logs don't always tell you what is not correct. {{#=}} and the h at the end are both needed for…

I believe this has to do with the values not be defined the same. I have had that issue when the field I need the data in is not formatted the same as the field that it is coming from. I am guessing as stated that it needs to use the API to update it like what was stated above. I hope you find your answer.I will continue…

@Randy Another thing you can try is to use /atlassian logout but this would need to be done for each channel that is using the Home integration. And or go to each project or goal and remove those connections. Please let me know if that helps. If that solved question please mark as answered. If this didn't please let me…
-
Sorry I misunderstood. Atlassian home is per project or goal that you set up so they will continue to be able to communicate with those project or goals until you disconnect each of those that are connected. Then it shouldn't communicate those updates.

I don't seem to have access either. This seems to be another JAC but in the cloud. I wonder if they have moved some of those feature request to the cloud. The warning shows that its for partner and customers. Hmm. I wonder how to even ask for access.
-
@Randy Welcome to the community. Let me see if I can help. First it depends on where it is all installed at and will need to be removed from both the Jira side and the Slack side. If your connected with JSM you will need to make sure its disabled from the product settings which can be reached from the settings cog >…

@Sandy Kim I believe you can take the smart value and add it to the field itself so if you want the value on Target Release just put the smart value {{issue.fixVersion.description}} in the box value for Target Release. That should work as long as the value is readable to the value in the box.
-
@Neil Poska As was stated by @Pasam Venkateshwarrao using advance roadmaps and sum up by time tracking when you configure your plan will get those results to role up to the epic. Then you just need to add the fields to the plan. This will give you the results your looking for. Make sure you configure your plan to use time…

@Sandy Kim Good day to you Sandy. Here are some of the smart values that are available for versions: * {{issue.fixVersions.name}}: Returns the name of a fix version. * {{issue.fixVersions.description}}: Returns the description of a fix version. * {{issue.fixVersions.releaseDate}}: Returns the release date of a fix version.…

@María Paz Hidalgo , Welcome to the community. I believe the reason you are seeing two different resolution screens is because those are backed by two different issue types. The top one looks to be incident issue type or work item while the other on the bottom looks to be a different issue type or work item. Work items can…
-
@Neil Poska Welcome to the community. I can see how this can be confusing. When they say "on the screen" this means in the configuration screen. You would need Jira admin or product admin access to validate or update this. Also note that on the screen you might need to add Time Tracking as that is not always there. If you…

@davesoft11 I just noticed it was archived now. I would say that trying the docx. way is the best solution that I know. The other solution would be to possibly use some middleware.
-
@Raafi Mohammed Please reach out to me as I would love to get on a call with the team.
-
@Claude Good day! I believe you would have to use a dashboard chart to do this rather than a JSM report series. The charts in should allow you to use a filter and time in status to map out that type of report. This would overt using a add-on.

As I have come to love this feature one of the things missing is that we can not up date a JSM project help center URL with a newly create help center as it will still use the slug of the portal /2 example. We should be able to map a project to a help center now as the invites will take them to a place we might not want…
-
@Rees, Ian You are almost there. In the last screen shot you have copy from current issue, you might want to change that to trigger issue and it should fix the issue for you.
-
@cady harper I would check the field configuration scheme to see if there is a hidden field that is required or a required field that is missing from the create screen. This can catch people off guard. Maybe check the logs to see if someone had turned on a required field that is missing from the creation screen. Let me…

@Mike Bell Are you in the new UI? If you are in the new UI all project will look like business project as software and work managed are now combined to be the same look. Its now just Jira. The other reason you might not be able to create Jira software projects is that could be reserved for only Admins to create or you…

Typically at the top of the page in Confluence near the title should be a Jira macro link. The work item or issue would need to be created before it could be unlinked. I believe the workaround I have found will only work with Jira data center and not Cloud. Do you see the link after you create the work item or issue?
-
@kennaheng Welcome to the community and I hope this day finds you well. The automatic link is so that you can get back to the data that was link easily from the Jira work item. This is the default way it works and why Confluence and Jira are a power house together. If you want to you can go to the page and at the top click…

@sjatla To disable email notifications in Cloud JSM, please follow these steps: * Navigate to Project Settings. * Select Notifications. * Choose either Internal Notifications or Customer Notifications. Important Considerations: * Customer Notifications: Disabling these may impact certain system functionalities, such as the…

That is the right link.

@Simon French You will need to gain Org admin. I typically recommend that an organization keep at least 2 Org admins for redundancy in case Org admins leave the company. Looks like Paul is an org admin and if that is the account that is no longer accessible? There is a group if your on a newer site called Org admin. Its…
-
@Simon French Welcome to the Atlassian Community. So today do you Atlassian Org admin permission? If you are trying to gain Org admin and don't have an org admin this will be hard to accomplish as only and Org admin can promote another user to Org admin. Can you give me a little more context around the situation?

@Jackie C Welcome to the community. Recently our team has helped teams move from other intranet providers to Confluence cloud on premium using company hub function. It seems to work well for a few of our clients. I would check this out and see if it could help. There are other app add-ons that do something similar but the…

@Shyam Kadigari Welcome to the community. A few things could cause this type of action to happen. It would be good to know what version of Jira or Confluence you are on or which products. * You could of turned off notifications in your profile. * You made an email rule that put Jira notification in a specific folder * You…

New is a frequent status I see on a lot of sights that users add. It could be used somewhere but if your using statusCategory are you calling which statusCategory you want to transition too? The action for the last step would or should be transition issue of linked issue into StatusCategory Done correct? How would the…
