I typically use custom charts for Jira to build these types of charts/ widgets for Jira dashboards. I use custom charts for Jira add-on as it does present to an audience in a very nice way. The other option is to build a filter as stated.

If you are a Jira Admin you should be able to add yourself to that team. You can get to that team via the people tab.
